Jatra has helped us build a vibrant reader community for Booksom without needing to hire developers or worry about setting up infrastructure. The interface is intuitive. I especially love the UI and setting up channels for different genres, discussions, and events was seamless. The SEO-ready public spaces are a huge bonus – we’ve already seen organic growth in traffic. Plus, the team is super responsive and open to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s not much to dislike, but we'd love to see more plug-and-play integrations with email tools and Wordpress. Also, while the platform is fast and smooth, having a mobile app (even a basic wrapper) would really help our members stay connected on the go.
