Jatra has helped us build a vibrant reader community for Booksom without needing to hire developers or worry about setting up infrastructure. The interface is intuitive. I especially love the UI and setting up channels for different genres, discussions, and events was seamless. There’s not much to dislike, but we'd love to see more plug-and-play integrations with email tools and Wordpress. Also, while the platform is fast and smooth, having a mobile app (even a basic wrapper) would really help our members stay connected on the go.
