"Jamie Delivers Accurate, Well-Structured Meeting Summaries with Minimal Effort"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

Jamie is very easy to use - I start it on the months I need it and then stop it when I dont. It can be used both online and in person using the phone app and its ability to understand the context of the meetings and produce accurate and well structured summaries is great. These need minimal adjustment. I have used it for interviews, board meetings and general discussions and it has worked well in all contexts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

There are no obvious downsides to Jamie - its performance has always been good (even in some difficult environments it has recorded well). I dont integrate it with anything so this is not something that I have tested. Its monthly pricing seems ok in comparison with alternatives - and against others that I have tried its ability to capture the sense and key points in a meeting is as good as any and better than most. "Integrates easily into my meeting workflow; Swift Support!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I love that Jamie automatically transcribes all my meetings and recognizes when I'm in a meeting. It works smoothly and with just a few clicks, so I don't have to think much about Jamie, and all my meetings are captured. I especially love the support. Whenever I had questions or issues, the team responded extremely quickly, sometimes solving my problems in a new version within a few days. The initial setup process was also super easy, just a few clicks to grant permissions, and I was ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I once had stability issues, just minor bugs in the software. Sometimes a window didn't work quite right, or I had to search for it again. But it was fixed pretty quickly. Of course, it's super annoying when a meeting unexpectedly doesn't work. It rarely happened to me and, as far as I know, is always being improved, but it's naturally annoying if it happens. "Best-in-Class Voice Recognition for Accurate In-Person Meeting Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

Voice recognition is very important because I participate in many in-person meetings. With the voice recognition, the ability to easily assign a voice to a person, and the accuracy of the meeting notes, I have found it to be the best tool for in-person meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I dislike that I can't record a meeting outside of Jamie and upload it for transcription, but the new mobile app meets the need, without having the extra step of uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indispensable for consultants: Efficient logging and processing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I like that Jamie helps me with logging decisions, open decisions, tasks, and context documentation. The integration of the API or the MCP server is particularly beneficial as I can link my workflows with Jamie. The MCP allows Claude to access the summaries and transcriptions. The initial setup of Jamie was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I find it not ideal that problems occur when spontaneously adding and assigning participants, for example, when uninvited people join a call. Additionally, I miss the ability to manually add participants and assign them an audio track, which would be helpful during changes in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Meeting Minutes Fast with Jamie’s Action Tracker and Easy Calendar Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

Jamie lets me produce accurate, detailed meeting minutes and action items almost immediately. The built-in Action Tracker keeps me accountable, and I treat the AI-generated text as a solid first draft that I can quickly edit into a clear, relatable, and comprehensive record of the meeting. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use, and the calendar integration means I never forget to turn Jamie on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

Many of the early irritations I had with Jamie have been addressed in successive versions of the product. At this point, I don’t really have anything to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Intuitive Meeting Tracker"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I really like that Jamie gives me prompts to start the meeting and the recording at the same time. I love the AI Assistant because it helps me when I forget details about a topic I discussed. The AI Assistant also makes it easy for me to summarize tasks across meetings and gather necessary information about a specific topic. I value the language detection ability since I work in both English and German and sometimes switch between the languages within a meeting depending on who is attending. This feature is exceptionally good compared to other similar tools which often struggle with language changes. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I don't like that it doesn't start automatically with each meeting, but I have to manually activate it. It's not a deal breaker, but that'd be a really nice feature if I could just set up or connect it with my Google and my Outlook account and the tool would just start for each meeting (because I do forget to activate it sometimes and then I miss the notes)! "Unobtrusive and Secure, Perfect for Interviews"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I like Jamie's security, especially since it's hosted in Europe where privacy priorities seem stronger than in the US. I appreciate that it's unobtrusive and doesn't distract from my work or interviews. I find its flexibility beneficial, allowing me to use it as much or as little as needed. I began my career in journalism with a pen and paper, and I value that Jamie supports this approach by simply providing a clean transcript and summary when required. The integration with Docs, Notion, etc., is great for organizing my work logically, which helps me manage my scatter-brain tendencies. It's also a bonus that I can take notes directly within Jamie or supplement them by writing by hand. The initial setup was incredibly easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

This sounds small, but the ability to color-code the actual text could be very helpful; either for recognizing who's speaking, or being able to say in advance that I'd like a certain word to be highlighted whenever it comes up in discussion. I'm not sure if this is already doable, but I don't think it is: a way to group certain documents together so that when I queried Jamie, I could direct it only to look at the folder labeled 'physics,' for example. "Transformed Our Meetings, More Focus and Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I like that Jamie takes notes for me, which allows me to pay more attention in meetings. I appreciate that it has templates for different types of meetings like customer discovery, product discovery, and one-on-one, which makes the notes more structured and easy. I also love that it recognizes the voices of the people speaking, so the notes are not anonymous. Additionally, I can easily search for details about past meetings. I use Jamie integrated with Claude's MCP and it works very well for analyzing calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I would like to be able to view the transcript to remember what has been said or to be able to ask during the meeting to recall what has been said without waiting for the session recording to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamlessly Automates Meeting Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Jamie?

I like the fact that with Jamie, I don't actually have to invite it to meetings since it's standalone. This is especially helpful because I have lots of meetings on the go away from my office. I also found Jamie really easy to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jamie?

I come from New Zealand, and we have a native language, Maori, that's embedded in our everyday language. Jamie often gets those Maori words wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
