I really like Jamie's UI and design, which is super, super good. The speaker recognition works super well in both German and English. As a design company, I appreciate using well-designed products, and it helps with adoption. The speaker recognition is super important for me because I have calls with multiple people and share my meeting notes with my team. It makes my professional life easier because I don't need to focus on note-taking and miss the conversations or contributions with attendees. Instead, I can concentrate on the discussion, and I'm sure that Jamie can capture all notes and their significance. I really appreciate Jamie for its simplicity and standalone functionality. I like Jamie because it’s a bot-free AI note-taker that can take notes without an awkward bot on the call. The transcription is also usually very accurate. I also like the AI summaries it generates after the call - they’re well laid out and organized, especially compared to other AI note-takers. Finally an app that:

- Doesn't intrude on my calls

- Doesn't make me get permission to take notes and remember what happened

- Understands Hebrew

Jamie does these things super accurately:

- Executive summary

- Meeting notes

- Transcription

- Speaker identification

Jaime is also a life saver for:

- Multi lingual conversations

- Offline and online meetings

There a few buggy things and missing integrations but Jaime is young and I have full confidence in what their future looks like. It's better than every other app I've tried, and I can guarantee you that I've deep researched and checked out a million.

The one thing I would love a more immediate improvement to would be for this scenario (maybe edge-case - but for ADHD, not so much ...)

When you connect the meeting and forget to stop the recording, Jaime works for its full limitations. Unfortunately however, if the background discussions are longer than the actual intended content, the summary seems to always only reflect the longer focus - which ironically of course, is not the actual intention when I activate the tool.

I'm thinking two solutions:

- Improve the ability to distinguish and/or provide more summary

I like Jamie's ease of use, especially because I can just press start and it begins taking the transcript. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with Jamie quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jamie has major problems with locking up during processing. I lost a whole meeting as it updated during the processing stage. Also, if there are a lot of people, it doesn't always pick up all the voices, causing problems with the transcript. After researching and downloading different tools to generate meeting summaries, I decided to keep only this one. why? because it can actually transcribe, summarize, and detect action items with way more accuracy than the rest. I actually used 3 different tools during the same meeting, just to test them, and jamie was the only one that got the details right. now, my entire team is using jamie. As the founder of a still small boutique management consultancy, time is the most important resource. Using Jamie means that I can focus on my actual work and not waste time setting up meetings, etc. In reality, it even means that Jamie saves me the work of a human assistant (approx. 45k annual salary). In addition to the financial aspect, it reduces the risk of human mistakes and misunderstandings to an insanely low level, so that I am always perfectly prepared. From a realistic point of view, it must be acknowledged that the relatively new tool certainly still has potential for optimization. However, I would not regard this as a weakness, but rather I am impressed by how customer-focused the team is and how quickly actual requests are integrated into the tool.
