What do you like best?
They have a few account execs who do take the time to understand goals, but overall they seem to have a system in place that speeds past listening or ideation and right into recommendations that aren't particularly curated to goals. While I applaud efficiency, it shouldn't come at the cost of

We don't seem to have met our goals or gleaned a better understanding of what tools or best proactices can help us get there.

Choosing a partner can be tough - we had the luxury of comparing them with another agency on two separate brands and the other agency won out. If there's a way to even short term partner for one project, that may help you best find either the account rep for you or to make the overall decision.
