When doing a profile person, it uses a simple number system to easily rate someone, which helps for basic comparison. **What do you dislike about iWave?** In trying to be thorough, it often includes people/results that are not the person I'm researching, and the confidence levels can often not be accurate. Also, it would be helpful if I could upload a list of people (such as board members or prominent connections) to see if the person I'm researching has any connection to those people. (I know this is something that can be done with at least one other prospecting website, and it's very helpful in identifying common links.) If there was a way to include/incorporate one's giving through a family foundation, that would be helpful as well. **Recommendations to others considering iWave:** Just make sure that you know what is/isn't included, and see if the results/output would meet your expectations. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unless someone has given through a family foundation or other giving source, I am able to get a decent idea of one's giving history by using iWave. It's very easy to research potential donors and to add information to profiles. I’m also very pleased with the 990 information about foundations/grants. I have access to other databases for grant/foundation data, but find that I usually start with iWave because it's easy to sort/access the information I want. Also, iWave staff is very responsive. **What do you dislike about iWave?** I haven't found much to dislike! I encourage iWave to continue building their database of donor gifts. I'm very appreciative that they're willing to upload/track gifts at organizations that I bring to their attention. **Recommendations to others considering iWave:** Consider who in your organization can benefit from iWave. The real estate section is handy in discovering Family Trusts and seeing what other properties they own or have recently sold. I like the "Get Score" area, especially if you add your institution's giving data. There are new features added frequently to enhance the data offerings. **What do you dislike about iWave?** I dislike managing lists and manually manipulating data. The Zoom info area is probably my least utilized area as it does not usually have much specific information that I have not uncovered from other sources. **Recommendations to others considering iWave:** iWave has been an invaluable tool in getting a more complete picture of a prospect. The 360 view provides a lot of information all in one place, but you also have the ability to search certain data sets individually. I reach out to a knowlegeable contact in client support, Ian Dionne, who helps me with every question I have, offering guidance that moves my projects and research swiftly along. Any concern I have is acknowledged.
