I like most about the recent Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management improvements is the move toward more autonomous and proactive endpoint management.
The combination of UEM, DEX, security, AI-driven insights and automated remediation is particularly valuable. I like the direction toward identifying endpoint issues and compliance gaps proactively, rather than relying only on scheduled tasks and manual troubleshooting.
The Continuous Compliance capability for Patch Management is also very useful, especially for environments where devices may miss their normal maintenance window. The ability to automatically identify non-compliant endpoints and remediate them helps reduce manual follow-up and improve the security baseline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First, I would like to see more stability and predictable performance, particularly for large environments with thousands of endpoints. Agent communication, inventory, policy execution and deployment status should be easier to troubleshoot when a device does not respond as expected.
The reporting and troubleshooting capabilities could also be stronger. More detailed, actionable logs showing exactly why an agent, policy, software distribution or patch deployment failed would reduce the time required for troubleshooting.
I would also like to see better visibility and control over deployment workflows, including clearer real-time status, easier rollback options and more flexible maintenance-window controls.
Finally, as Ivanti is moving toward AI and Autonomous Endpoint Management, I think it is important to provide administrators with clear explanations of why an automated action was recommended or performed, together with strong approval, audit and rollback controls.
These improvements would make the platform easier to manage at enterprise scale while maintaining the flexibility and control administrators need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
