"Streamlined Device Management with Robust Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like that Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management provides a single console for managing all device types, like Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux endpoints from one unified platform, which saves a lot of time for IT teams. The strong automation for patching and deployments is fantastic, as automated patch management and software distribution reduce manual work and help close security gaps faster. The platform offers a single source of truth for asset data where all device inventory, compliance status, and configuration data are centralized. This helps avoid the old problem of wondering which tool has the accurate device count, making reporting to leadership or auditors quicker and more reliable. I appreciate the consistent policy enforcement across device types, which allows defining security and configuration policies once and applying them across different operating systems like Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Furthermore, the tool's uniform baseline regardless of OS, automated compliance drift detection, audit readiness, and faster response to emerging threats are incredibly beneficial. What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The initial setup and configuration can be time-consuming especially when customizing workflows to match specific organizational processes. Some of the reporting and dashboard customization options could be more intuitive and there is learning curve for admins who are new to the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation and Real-Time Visibility for Hybrid Endpoint Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like best about Ivanti Neurons for UEM is its powerful automation and self-healing capabilities. It makes managing a hybrid workforce significantly easier by giving our IT team full visibility over all endpoints, whether they are on or off the corporate network. The real-time asset discovery saves us hours of manual inventory tracking, allowing us to proactively deploy patches and secure vulnerabilities before they become actual helpdesk tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

While the platform is powerful, the official documentation can feel a bit fragmented or outdated when you are trying to troubleshoot complex deployment scenarios. We have also noticed occasional spikes in CPU and memory utilization from the local agent on older client machines during heavy inventory scans, which sometimes leads to performance complaints from our end-users. "Streamlines Endpoint Management, UI Needs Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I really like how Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management makes software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement easy for us. It has significantly eased our workload and saves us a lot of time compared to when tasks were done manually. It's great that when new apps need to be installed or updates need to be rolled out, we can do it across multiple endpoints instead of manually handling each device. Although there are some parts that confuse me due to the UI, I would still recommend it 9/10 because, overall, it's a chef's kiss! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I always say this, it needs to improve more in the UI. As someone who was new in this field it really confused me at first navigating things. I would rate it an 8/10 for how easy it was. as i said, there are some parts that i got confused due to the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust UEM Automation & Compliance for High-Stakes Energy Infrastructure"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I use Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management as a portal administrator in the high-tech energy sector, and it serves as an invaluable tool for our deployment. I love the efficient single pane of glass it provides to secure, manage, and track the entire distributed endpoint fleet. It allows us to maintain a rigid cybersecurity and compliance posture without interrupting active operations or causing downtime for our personnel. I like the ability to maintain seamless visibility and enforce security policies quietly in the background, which is crucial in the energy industry where disrupting users is not an option. Eventing neurons enable us to apply critical background patches, manage configurations, and stay compliant silently, ensuring our critical infrastructure remains secure without operational friction. Additionally, I appreciate the support for creating policies for a variety of systems, including servers, MacBooks, and Linux, covering all OS versions. Onboarding is highly streamlined through automated over-the-air enrollment and native zero-touch provisioning, which makes the process smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The initial setup has a steep learning curve. An administrative console can feel very overwhelming at the first due to the architecture complexity. Additionally, the reporting dashboard could be improved to make a custom granular compliance layout easier to build and customize right out of the box. A few things that need to be improved on the portal, but these are not deal-breaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for organizations with large or hybrid environments, often requiring experienced administrators. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve, making onboarding challenging for new users. The user interface, although functional, can occasionally feel less intuitive than some competing UEM platforms, requiring extra navigation to complete routine tasks. "High-Octane Patching with a Steep Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Unlike some native tools (like Microsoft Intune or WSUS) that struggle with non-Windows apps, Ivanti handles Windows, macOS, Linux, and over 350+ third-party applications (Chrome, Zoom, Adobe, etc.) in one interface. This eliminates the "silo effect" where your OS is secure but your PDF reader is a wide-open door for hackers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

1. Agent Reliability and "Healthy Environment" Tax

One of the most frequent complaints from sysadmins is that the local agents can be finicky.

The Issue: Agents may occasionally hang, crash, or lose connection, requiring manual intervention to "fix the fixer."

The Impact: In a large environment, managing the health of the Ivanti agent itself can become a weekly task, partially offsetting the time saved by automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
