"Integrated, Automated, and Scalable Endpoint Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is how easy it is to manage all devices from a single place. The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate, the automation features save a lot of time, and the real-time reporting helps you stay ahead of potential issues. Integration with other IT tools also feels seamless, so you can tie together patching, security, and asset management without extra hassle. Overall, it’s reliable and keeps everything organized, which makes endpoint management much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is that the interface can feel overwhelming at times, especially when I’m trying to set up integrations or customize policies across different device types. The initial setup is also somewhat complex, and it can take a while to get everything configured and running smoothly. From time to time, syncing device status or pushing updates isn’t as fast or as reliable as I’d like, which makes troubleshooting more difficult than it needs to be. I also wish the reporting and dashboard customization were more intuitive, because it often takes extra effort to pull out the exact insights I’m looking for. Overall, while the platform is clearly powerful, I’d like to see improvements to the user experience and more streamlined integration workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable UEM Platform for Modern IT Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is its ability to provide a single, centralized platform for managing and securing diverse devices across the organization. It simplifies endpoint administration by combining device provisioning, patch management, compliance monitoring, application deployment, and security enforcement in one console.

The automation and self-healing capabilities powered by Neurons are particularly valuable because they help reduce manual workload for IT teams, improve endpoint reliability, and enable faster issue resolution. Additionally, its support for multiple operating systems and modern management approaches makes it easier to manage hybrid work environments while maintaining security and compliance.

In short, the biggest advantage is the combination of visibility, automation, and unified endpoint control, which helps IT teams operate more efficiently and securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The biggest drawback for me is the UI, which can feel cluttered and unintuitive at times. Some common tasks require too many clicks, making administration less efficient than it could be. Integrations and reporting could also be easier to configure, and the AI capabilities still feel more focused on automation than truly proactive insights. While the platform is powerful, a simpler user experience and more actionable intelligence would improve it significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unifies Device Management Across Platforms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like how Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management provides a single platform to manage all our company devices regardless of the operating system. This is particularly valuable for us since our environment includes a mix of Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices. It helps keep all our devices organized and secure without having to rely on multiple management tools. The initial setup was easy, with the basic installation and core features being straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I find the user interface a bit complex, especially when I'm trying to perform less common administrative tasks. The complexity mainly shows up when configuring advanced policies or troubleshooting devices. Some settings are spread across different sections, and it can take time to find the right option if I'm not using them regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ivanti Neurons for UEM Review: Capabilities, Trade-offs, and Business Impact"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The most significant upside is managing all your endpoints from one console. Instead of juggling separate tools for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and even IoT devices, you get complete visibility and control in one place. It gives you a single source of truth for your entire IT estate, reducing the manual overhead and making it easier to monitor and secure everything.

AI-Powered Automation and Self-Healing

The platform's AI-driven insights are incredibly helpful for proactive management. The system can automatically detect and remediate common issues, creating a self-healing environment. This approach helps resolve problems before users are even impacted, significantly reducing downtime and the manual effort required for routine tasks like patching and software deployment.

Strong Patch Management and Cross-Platform Support

Patching is a standout feature for many users. The risk-based patch management approach prioritizes the most critical vulnerabilities, ensuring the biggest security gaps are closed first. The platform also shines in its ability to support diverse endpoint environments, whether you are managing the full lifecycle of a Windows laptop or an iOS mobile device.

Useful Natural Language Querying

A feature worth mentioning is the ability to query all devices using natural language processing. IT teams can get real-time operational awareness and security configurations across the enterprise in seconds simply by asking a question. It is a powerful capability that speeds up troubleshooting and inventory management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Complex and Time-Consuming Setup Process

The initial setup and configuration is a common pain point. This is especially true if your environment has strict security policies, as you may need to open specific ports for the software to work. While the platform is powerful once configured, getting it there requires significant effort and, for many, help from Ivanti representatives. The deployment model is simple for basic management, but fully utilizing its capabilities involves a steep learning curve.

The User Interface and Reporting Are Frustrating

The administrative interface is often described as complicated and not very easy to use. It takes a noticeable amount of time to train new staff because the interface is not intuitive. Some users find it feels dated in places, with advanced features not always being straightforward to navigate to. This feeling extends to reporting and dashboards, which users have described as annoying, not very user-friendly, and often requiring workarounds to get what you need.

Slowness and Quality of New Releases

Performance can be inconsistent. Some users report that the system sometimes loads slowly, and there are instances where it can create duplicate tickets. There are also broader service degradations that affect customers. More concerning is the perception that new versions are released with numerous basic issues and occasionally go in the wrong direction. Some users feel that the testing procedures are flawed, leading to updates that introduce more problems than they solve.

Room for Improvement in Key Modules and Integration

Some users feel that specific modules, like the MDM, asset management, and software spend management features, could be improved. Additionally, you might find that while the platform is flexible, integration between it and advanced features like Neurons is not always completely in sync, which can take ongoing work to resolve. "Centralized Device Management Made Easy with Ivanti Neurons for UEM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The most outstanding aspect of Ivanti Neurons for UEM for me is that I am able to manage various types of devices from one location rather than shifting to several other applications. I have mostly used it to determine the state of devices, implement configurations, and ensure compliance among endpoints. From an operational perspective, it was easy to monitor many machines at once without having to individually access each device. What I liked about Ivanti Neurons for UEM was that I was able to deploy changes without physically accessing any of the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

To begin with, it was not easy to comprehend the whole structure of things. There are numerous sections and configurations, and it took some time for me to navigate from device management to policies and reporting. In addition, there were moments when things did not go as fast as I had anticipated. For instance, some actions took quite a long time to be completed across various endpoints. Lastly, when troubleshooting problems, I had to go through several levels of logs and configurations, which can sometimes become tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Risk-Aware Patch Management at Scale with Strong Performance"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management is a strong fit for organizations that need controlled, risk-aware patching at scale, rather than simply “install everything on Patch Tuesday.” Its biggest advantage is how it helps teams focus on what matters most and roll out updates in a structured, deliberate way. That approach is especially valuable when uptime is critical and change control is a priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Cannot be used by small teams. UX is not intuitive to navigate, meaning it has a steep learning curve. Not cheaper when compared to Secops Patch management. Support is great and the performance is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Patching, remote control, and inventory"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

This software is so lightweight and makes our life easier to install and get use. We are a global company, so it is nice that all of our US sites can use the same software we are using. The level of detail provided to us with this software is amazing to all who try it. Patches are simple to push and install Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Better communication on the newly added features that seem to pop up as we use the software would be appreciated. I try to make time for the messages in the application, but there is still much missing. Ability to know what was upgraded and how to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Management with Automation, But a Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management for its centralized management and automation features that save a lot of time for our IT team. The zero-touch onboarding and remote management capabilities make deploying and supporting devices much easier. These features allow us to provision new devices without manual setup, saving time and getting employees up and running faster. Remote management helps us resolve issues, deploy patches, and manage devices without needing physical access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and some advanced configurations have a learning curve for new administrators. I would also like to see faster performance in certain console operations. The interface has a lot of menus and settings, so finding specific policies or configurations can take time until you are familiar with it. Improving page load times when switching between device groups or generating reports would make the console feel more responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
