I like Ivalua's ability to customize and enhance the system based on our business needs, which is really beneficial for us. I think there's some limitations on the supplier side. Specifically, I'm finding challenges with onboarding, particularly around the W9 and certain requirements that we just can't get past. Additionally, the initial setup was very challenging due to issues with our implementation partner, WNS, although we have been more successful with enhancements since switching partners. I like the intuitivity of the system and the fact that admins have a lot of possibilities to improve the system according to the organization needs. For quality processes, we were able to add closure statuses at process closure, which made the solution feasible for automotive use. There were huge issues with functional guidance from implementation partners. We struggled understanding how to translate our processes in the best standard solutions in Ivalua and our implementation partner did not guide us well and proposed solutions that were not standard at all. At that point, as project team we were not able to understand that at that point since we did not know the system much. Functional knowledge on procurement processes and how to translate it with the best standard solution. Not so easy, but could have been harder. I find the AI features in Ivalua particularly beneficial, as they are constantly evolving with the growing market and demands. It helps by automatically emailing my vendors to start the setup process, which is extremely helpful. I find Ivalua not very user-friendly. The system isn't intuitive, which makes it hard to navigate. There are a lot of steps, and the order to complete them doesn't always make sense.
