The integration with SAP ECC is also very helpful for our operations. I appreciate the possibility to configure processes, as it allows us to tailor the platform to our needs. Having all functionalities in one platform is a big advantage, as it simplifies our workflows by having everything centralized. **What do you dislike about Ivalua?** History data are missing in PR/PO. It should be possible to see which changes are done by whom and when. Also for changes of profile assignment the change history should be available. Yes, it would be great if the workflow could be checked before the PR is sent. Currently it is only visible after sending. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivalua unified our S2C, SRM, contract, and P2O processes into one friendly platform, making data centralized and configurable. We had very little time for the implementation, so we had to implement everything as we had it. As a result, we couldn't make any optimizations and couldn't focus on simplifications. That was a major effort. **What problems is Ivalua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivalua offers us the flexibility we needed to implement our existing processes after a carve-out. It is very intuitive with a logical menu navigation, which I particularly like. ### 9.
