Itrent is really flexible. We have a complicated workforce with multiple roles, holiday schemes, pensions etc. once configured iTrent can cope with all the different variables.

I like People First's real-time payroll preview and automated contract updates. Its mobile-first employee self-service and social regulation features are pretty handy too. I appreciate the integration of safety certification, alcohol service license, and first aid qualification checks directly against employee records. It's nice how the system flexes compliance gaps during shift planning, preventing managers from scheduling supervisors or kitchen staff when mandatory certifications are expiring. The setup was quite easy, guided by an assigned project manager, and importing existing employee records went smoothly thanks to responsive support. Staff adoption was near instant as the mobile app mirrors a familiar social interface.
