"Incident Management That Works the Way Our Team Actually Operates"
5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

What convinced us during evaluation was seeing how ITOC360 handles the gap between an alert firing and an engineer taking action. That window used to be unpredictable — now it's structured. The platform delivers the notification across call, SMS, and push simultaneously based on severity, starts the escalation timer immediately, and logs every step with a timestamp. By the time someone acknowledges, the runbook for that incident type has already started executing in the background. We came from a setup where all of this was manual and the difference in response consistency has been significant. The Slack and Jira integrations were live within hours of starting setup, no custom development involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

On-call schedule visibility is great within the platform, but there's no native calendar sync to export your rotation directly into Google Calendar or Outlook. Most engineers work out of their calendar apps and having to check the ITOC360 UI separately for shift times is a minor but recurring friction point. A two-way or read-only calendar feed would be a practical improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Less Time Fighting Alerts, More Time Actually Fixing Things"
5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

The clearest sign that ITOC360 is working is that our engineers stopped dreading on-call rotations. Before, a shift meant constant noise duplicate alerts, unclear ownership, manual escalation over Slack. Now the correlation engine filters out the redundancy, the escalation policy handles ownership automatically, and by the time an engineer opens an incident the context is already there: which integration triggered it, what's already been tried, who else has been looped in. The runbook automation handles the first remediation steps in the background so the on-call engineer is problem-solving from minute one rather than spending ten minutes just orienting themselves. Postmortems have also gotten faster because the incident timeline logs everything automatically we're reconstructing incidents from clean data instead of piecing together chat messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

The incident comment section is a bit basic it's plain text only, so if you want to paste a log snippet or a code block during an active incident it doesn't render in any structured way. Doesn't block anything, but richer formatting in incident comments would make real-time collaboration during a live incident a bit smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Handoffs, Zero Gaps in coverage"
5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

I really like that ITOC360 is an automated system, which helped eliminate problems with coverage gaps that used to be our biggest on-call headache. I appreciate that override requests go through the platform, with real-time schedule updates, ensuring the escalation policy always reflects who's actually available. The automatic shift handoff is fantastic, notifying the next person in rotation without any manual coordination. The incident timeline carrying over between shifts is also great, as it gives the incoming engineer full context on any open issues. The setup was quick, taking less than a week, and the support team was available throughout. It was also very easy to deploy ITOC360 to all resources using our deployment tool. What do you dislike about ITOC360?

The analytics section covers the core metrics well, but scheduling a recurring report to be delivered automatically to a stakeholder isn't supported yet. Right now, it's a manual export each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Monitoring Powerhouse with Proactive Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

I really like how ITOC360 serves as a unified dashboard that gives us full visibility of our entire infrastructure, from physical servers to virtualization layers and cloud environments. It's incredibly user-friendly and helps us proactively detect anomalies, reducing troubleshooting times and ensuring high availability for our clients. The proactive alerting is great, delivering precise, actionable alerts instead of overwhelming us with false alarms. I also appreciate its capacity for root-cause analysis and capacity planning, which significantly reduces our mean time to repair. Team collaboration is enhanced as well, as ITOC360 seamlessly integrates with Jira for incident tracking and Slack/Teams for real-time communication. It also works well with Grafana for visualizing complex metrics, making it easy to route dashboard alerts to our on-call engineers. Overall, it shifts us from reactive firefighting to proactive engineering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

While the default dashboards are great, setting up advanced nested custom alerts and tailoring metrics for highly specific environments requires a steep learning curve. The initial setup for non-standard enterprise assets could be smoother. Having more intuitive wizard-driven configuration for custom metrics mapping would save deployment time. "ITOC360 Unified Our Alerting, On-Call, and Incident Tracking with Reliable Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

Before ITOC360 we were running separate tools for alert routing, on-call scheduling, and incident tracking — each with its own login, its own notification logic, and its own gaps. Consolidating into a single platform immediately reduced the overhead of keeping three systems in sync. The correlation engine handles alert grouping across all our sources, escalation chains are defined once and applied consistently, and every incident has a full audit trail attached automatically. The integrations with our monitoring and ticketing stack required no custom scripting. For a mid-sized ops team without a dedicated tooling engineer, that kind of out-of-the-box reliability makes a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

The notification scheduling for non-critical alerts could be more granular. Right now you can configure escalation timing per severity level, but setting quieter notification windows for example, suppressing low-priority push notifications between certain hours while still allowing critical calls to come through requires a bit of workaround in the policy setup. Finally have raw data on team burnout and actual MTTR. makes it so much easier to justify tech debt sprints to execs instead of just using gut feel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

Being able to update internal teams and external status pages directly from the active incident window saves time during SEV-1 calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

The main command screen packs a lot of information into one view, which can overwhelm new team members during their first week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

Snooze options on mobile are a bit rigid. 15 minutes isn't enough when actively pushing a hotfix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Alert Deduplication and On-Call Scheduling That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about ITOC360?

Alert deduplication and correlation work as advertised. On-call management covers all standard scheduling patterns including overrides and multi-team escalation chains. Integration surface is wide enough for our stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITOC360?

Advanced RBAC is functional but not granular enough for strict compliance environments. We needed per-team permission scoping and worked around it with separate workspaces. Acceptable workaround but native support would be cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
