One Incident Instead of Sixty Notifications

ITOC360, our monitoring tools were each screaming independently and on-call engineers had no way to tell which alerts were actually related. The correlation engine changed that completely related events across sources get grouped into a single ticket with full context already attached. Escalation policy setup was intuitive; we defined coverage windows, assigned backup responders, and had everything running in a single afternoon. Every action taken during an incident is logged with timestamps, which has made our retrospective meetings significantly more productive. The Jira integration required no custom configuration.

Finally Knew Who Was On-Call, Escalation Setup That Just Works

Before ITOC360, our escalation policies were scattered across multiple tools and nobody was really sure who was on-call at any given moment. What impressed me most was how intuitive the escalation policy builder is you can define multi-level escalation chains, assign backup responders, and set notification timeouts all from a single view without any technical complexity. The onboarding process was also surprisingly smooth; the support team walked us through our first integration setup and we were live within a day. Alert routing now actually reaches the right engineer through their preferred channel, and the real-time incident timeline gives our team full visibility into every action taken during an incident. We've significantly reduced our MTTA since switching.

ITOC360 Streamlined Alert Ownership and Faster Incident Response

We are using ITOC360 for 4 years. The product is solving our main problem which was too many alerts and unclear ownership. Now when incident happens, correct engineer is notified immediately and information is already prepared. Our team is more confident and response time is improved significantly. Customer support is also very good.
