
I like how simple it is to use. Staff can quickly book travel and upload receipts immediately after trips, while managers can easily see spending across all locations. This transparency helps keep budgets under control and speeds up approval. The mobile receipts uploads and real-time tracking are particularly helpful, allowing staff to submit expenses on the go and managers to monitor costs per location or assignment instantly, which makes approvals faster and keeps budgets accurate. Some reports could be more customizable, like allowing us to reorder columns or include internal project codes. This would reduce the time spent manually formatting reports for finance or management. It would be great to add more customization options in the reporting features, like the ability to filter by location, project, or staff role and reorder or hide columns directly in the platform.
