What do you like best about itilite?

Everything is in one spot, excellent customer support and custom reporting. It is the travel solution I have been looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about itilite?

Then only down side is when using chat for customer support, you get several thank yous. Which isn't really a downside. I've enjoyed the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about itilite?

Customer support is pretty approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about itilite?

I used this for like 7 months and had a hard time with the product. The following points are the reasons :-

1. Both the mobile application and website load very slowly. This happens at each page.

2. If you exit the app, the page you were on will disappear and you will have to search for your pending bookings which again takes a long time to load.

3. Prices can increase even after you have made a booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
