**What do you like best about IT Change Management?**

It makes change tracking easier by breaking down the change process into steps. It handles a end to end process of a change request by categorising them based on priority and urgency, and then setting up SOPs to work on them.

**What do you dislike about IT Change Management?**

Sometimes the framework requires a lot of people to be involved which delays the process.

**What problems is IT Change Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to setup a process based framework for changes coming in from users and effectively handling them and delivering the changes including the approval processes for the changes.
