I can do it all from the palm of my hand. **What do you dislike about IRONGRID?** Nothing yet - when I do have a dislike, I can provide feedback to the development team and they listen! **What problems is IRONGRID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping work orders (t&m), client requests, notes, scheduling, field updates, all in one place that the entire team can see. The visibility it provides has been a big benefit for leadership and has saved our field manager and crew time on having to update several others across multiple devices. One spot for it all! It’s also helped us track profitability across some of our smaller jobs, making sure we don’t miss anything we could have forgotten to invoice for. On top of all that, having the ability to invoice on the spot has been a big help. We’re no longer waiting for checks in the mail - they come via ACH, or we’re getting them on the spot. ### 2. I like that IRONGRID allows us to get a better picture of the different jobs we have going on and helps ensure our entire team is synced up and up to date. It keeps us very organized. It's easy to use, and the pricing is great, especially since I don’t have to pay by the number of users. I can add unlimited users to the plan that fits my business. The app has helped reduce random texts and phone calls across our business and instead everyone checks the app as the source of truth. I like the work order structure and the fact I can tag team members in the tickets so that they get a notification about something that’s needed. I also enjoy the easy invoicing process right within the work order. The quotes feature is nice and helps keep us organized so that we know which quotes were accepted. The initial setup was very easy and took just a couple of minutes. **What do you dislike about IRONGRID?** It would be nice if there were more instructional videos on how to use certain features. **What problems is IRONGRID solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use IRONGRID to keep my contracting business organized and ensure my team is synced on jobs. It reduces random texts and calls, serving as the source of truth for updates.
