The OCR and full-text search features are extremely reliable and fast, allowing us to find any invoice, contract, or client document within seconds. We used to waste a lot of time searching through folders and archives, but now that's completely eliminated. The automated workflow engine is another feature I really appreciate, as it automates approval chains for invoices, contracts, and internal documents, preventing files from getting lost or forgotten in someone’s inbox. It’s simple to configure and makes our processes much more consistent.
