**What do you like best about IPS AP Automation?**

Great functionality. It was perfectly integrated with our ERP. Very customizable for our needs so that was a plus. For a high volume of invoices it's a big time saver.

**What do you dislike about IPS AP Automation?**

Poor implementation. Clunky site and poor UI/UX capabilities. Customer support was not great.

**What problems is IPS AP Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the Accounts payable function. Eliminating manual entry with OCR capabilites and file exporting/importing. This eliminates manual processes which saves significant time and allows us to focus on higher priority/strategic work.
