Their network and choice of addresses are extensive. If you are going for a specific city or part of town, this would be a good options to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform itself feels really outdated. The interface lacks the user-friendliness you'd expect from a modern service - navigation was clunky and the overall experience felt like something from 10 years ago.
But the bigger issue is their business model. They provide the platform for independent mail shops to handle the actual scanning and digitization. Since these locations are independently owned and operated, there's no real quality control or consistency across different locations.
I actually visited the location I was considering and talked to the staff, which gave me some red flags about trusting them with my business mail. The setup didn't feel professional enough for handling important documents, and since they're not directly affiliated with iPostal1, there's limited recourse if things go wrong.
