Our team does not come from a software background, yet we were able to build working dashboards and configure device connections without hiring outside developers. The driver library covers all the industrial protocols we needed - Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA - so connecting old and new equipment was straightforward. Transparent pricing also deserves a mention. We always know what we are paying, which makes project planning honest and predictable. Support is responsive too. When we got stuck, a real person actually replied and helped us sort things out. **What do you dislike about Iotellect?** Honestly, there is not much to complain about. The platform does what we needed it to do. If I had to point out something, I would say the initial setup took a bit longer than expected. There are a lot of configuration options, and not all of them are obvious at first glance. The documentation is decent, but a few more real examples would help newcomers get up to speed faster. **What problems is Iotellect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Iotellect we had no real-time visibility into our equipment.
