**What do you like best about iNymbus?**

Our account manager has consistently solved every problem, provided assistance, and helped us achieve our goals. We conduct business on Amazon worldwide and have relied on iNymbus for many years. It has been instrumental in automating our deductions processes, resulting in an excellent return for us. Once the automation is set up, it is extremely straightforward to use and maintain.

I highly recommend iNymbus to anyone working with major retailers at scale, as it can significantly benefit your bottom line. The automation efficiently scrapes your data and is simple to implement with the support of their tech teams.

The online platform makes things easy to see, and you're able to check it daily or weekly for updates.

**What do you dislike about iNymbus?**

Working with various currencies is a limiting factor, but is possible, but some of the dashboard functions aren't optimized when dealing with many currencies (USD, GBP, EUR).

**What problems is iNymbus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating chargeback deductions, globally, at scale. It's saving an incredible amount of time.

**What do you like best about iNymbus?**

I have worked with iNymbus for about 10 years now. I recently transitioned their services to a new venture and added more functionality. The level of service and support is excellent, timely and the solutions are world class. We sell to national retailers and automation is everything. The deduction management tools allow my team to effectively and efficiently manage our receivables and deductions, our DDO has consistently been under 60 days. The DM and POD automation tools allow our team to quickly review, approve or deny a claim, and auto-upload responses to the customer portals. I've been in the invoice to cash workspace for 20 years and highly recommend iNymbus for deduction management solutions.

**What do you dislike about iNymbus?**

I cannot think of any concerns at this time as iNymbus offers world class solutions at competitive prices for services and implementation. For deduction management, it is a complete suite of tools, and it works.

**What problems is iNymbus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iNymbus tools have allowed us to manage DDO and improve cash flow and reduce AR reserves.
