Reporting from the Data Mart is very extensive and incredibly useful for feedback to the team and management. Overall, the one thing we love as a team and department is the way we feel secure to rely on the Omniscore system to validate the orders and to help us make informed decisions when on the fence about a particular order. **What do you dislike about Kount?** Sometimes I feel like less is more and all the information can be overwhelming that Kount provides, however the new Order Analysis feature is a more simplistic way of viewing the "dashboard" of the order and makes using the Omniscore even easier! **What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order releasing and manual touches go hand in hand, however with the use of Kount we touch way less orders on a daily basis and can feel confident that the ones we don't see are being released safely for further processing.
