"The best tool for building interactive funnels that actually convert"
5/5
What do you like best about involve.me?

What I love most is how quick it is to build something that actually looks custom. I have used it for years to put together booking funnels, quizzes, and price calculators, and I can usually get an idea live in an afternoon.

A lot of form builders look like cheap generic widgets when you embed them, but with involve.me I can match my branding properly so it feels like a real part of the website. The logic jumps work reliably without giving me headaches, and sending leads straight into my email tools saves me a ton of time every week.

Performance has also been rock solid on live sites. The forms load fast without dragging down page speed, even on mobile. On top of that, the conversion rates I get compared to basic static forms make the subscription price easily pay for itself month after month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.me?

There is honestly very little to complain about, but when you build really complex funnels with dozens of branches and outcome calculations, managing all the logic paths can get a bit busy visually on screen.

The onboarding and help docs are decent, but a few more advanced video tutorials covering deep math formulas and webhooks would be great for power users. Also, while their AI generation features have started popping up, they are still somewhat basic and usually need manual tweaking to get the tone right. Nothing here is a dealbreaker though, just small things that could make a great platform even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Involveme is Polished and Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about involve.me?

There are fantastic ready-made templates. All you have to do is edit them and add your own images. Great UI (user interface), and new templates have been added since I've been a customer. It is easy to embed and integrate your quizzes, forms, and questionnaires into other platforms. They also provide short codes and QR codes. The outputs always look fantastic and very professional. What do you dislike about involve.me?

One tiny details is carrying over our social media details so you don't have to constantly cut and paste a whole list in every time you set up the social share buttons. Aside from that, it's all good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Feedback with Powerful Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about involve.me?

I appreciate involve.me's powerful conditional logic paired with intuitive drag-and-drop editing, which makes it simple to build personalized, multi-step surveys without any coding background. Before we switched over from Survio, all our feedback questionnaires were static forms. I once sent out a post-consultation survey where every client saw the full list of questions, regardless of the services they received. Clients who only signed up for investment management kept encountering irrelevant tax advisory questions, leading many to close the survey early. The dataset I collected was incomplete and unreliable, and leadership could not trust the results to adjust our service workflows. With involve.me, I can set up rules to hide unrelated questions automatically, which cuts down on survey fatigue and noticeably lifts completion rates. I also value the extensive customization options that allow me to match form colors, fonts, and logos to our firm’s brand identity, making surveys feel consistent and professional when shared with clients. Embedding forms into email links and our client portal is straightforward. The built-in analytics dashboard is helpful for reviewing response trends, flagging recurring complaints, and assembling concise reports for leadership. The support team is also responsive and offers clear guidance whenever I run into configuration hurdles. Instead of wasting hours cleaning up fragmented, low-quality feedback data, I can gather segmented opinions grouped by investment, tax and estate planning services. The platform's ability to deliver reliable insights lets me propose targeted operational changes to improve client satisfaction across Northwood Financial Advisors. What do you dislike about involve.me?

One of my biggest frustrations is the lack of granular control over notification routing. When clients submit negative feedback, I hoped the platform could instantly alert the assigned financial advisor, but notifications can only go to fixed email addresses. Last quarter, three clients left low satisfaction scores after financial review meetings. All alerts landed solely in my inbox. I was buried under quarterly reporting tasks and failed to forward the messages promptly. Advisors only followed up several days later, leaving clients feeling overlooked. Also, the survey duplication process is unreliable for complex setups. Some branching rules often break automatically when copying an existing survey template. I duplicated our investment feedback template to create a questionnaire for tax advisory clients and skipped full testing at first. Live respondents were shown unrelated estate planning questions for nearly a week before I discovered the error. I now need to fully test every duplicated form line by line, which eats into my available time. Another issue is there's no direct integration with our Attio CRM, so I rely on Zapier as a workaround. On multiple occasions, field mapping errors prevented survey responses from syncing to client profiles. I had to manually cross-check and import missing records ahead of our monthly client experience review. These persistent limitations add repetitive manual work and raise the risk of mistakes in our feedback tracking workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Involve me Makes Funnels and Training Easy—with Incredibly Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about involve.me?

As an independent entrepreneur, Involve me is great for creating sales funnels and interactive training exercises. The 100+ templates make it even easier to get from an idea into an actionable interactive program. Learning how to use it fairly intuitive, and they have been improving and making it even more user friendly. But, most of all, *THEY HELP YOU* - they answered the chat and guided me every time. LOVE THEM! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.me?

Learning how items will be displayed once you format the content - that took some trial and error as I do not write code so it wasn't as intuitive to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
