Invoice Crowd is just what you need if you go to pay your bills immediately and neatly. The interface is convenient, and invoice creation with my logo and business branding can be done in a few seconds. Invoice Crowd delimits its field of application when it comes to handling projects. I struggle to do the time management, set interim targets or allocate resources to the task. This leaves me with no option other than using a separate project management tool that takes more time. As a result, I am forced to spend more time on a project that could be much simpler. - Customize email templates

- Ability to add custom taxes (including both positive and negative taxes which is something required in some countries)

- The system respects invoice numeration even if you manually change an invoice number

- Nice and simple layout and good UX

- Multi currency

- Once an invoice is sent by email, you can track if the client has opened the invoice or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Send invoices automatically. Even thought the platform allows creating recurring invoices, this are not sent automatically to the client. I consider this feature to be a must have.

- Email templates. You can send invoices to clients by email from the platform but need to write the text manually everytime. Not possible to save an email template.

- For recurring invoices you can schedule them monthly but you have to manually select the day of the month. I miss having an option to select the last day of the month. I consider this a must have feature.

- Attach invoices as a PDF to the emails and track emails opened instead of invoices opened

- Conditional tags for email templates (i.e. name, company name, invooice number, invoice amount...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a cloud-based platform and once can use app sumo lifetime deal to get the best benefit of money and services. This is very convenient for India-based businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I came across Invoice Crowd a week ago; I've tried it and love it for its UI and simplicity; yes, it's the beginning, and I hope to see a better and more functional platform for sure.

White-labeling is missing.

I couldn't add by bank details in the setting so I don't enter the same details for every invoice
