If you're creating basic invoices, it's a quick process. The best feature is the recurring invoices/payment gateway. You can set it and forget it to ensure you're paid on time. I primarily use it when I need to create quick invoices for new clients. **What do you dislike about Invoice Crowd?** I don't have any dislikes about Invoice Crowd. It is a simple tool that gets the job done. **What problems is Invoice Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple, automatic recurring billing solution. It's one of the easiest invoice softwares that I've found. It saves lots of time. ### 2. The interface is convenient, and invoice creation with my logo and business branding can be done in a few seconds. The clients of mine are fond of the tidiness of it and the fact that online payment methods allow for quicker processing. **What do you dislike about Invoice Crowd?** Invoice Crowd delimits its field of application when it comes to handling projects. I struggle to do the time management, set interim targets or allocate resources to the task. This leaves me with no option other than using a separate project management tool that takes more time. As a result, I am forced to spend more time on a project that could be much simpler. **What problems is Invoice Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoice Crowd automates the process of bill creation and avoids the hustle of completing the documents manually and follow up late payments. I can prioritize and avoid running into my finances because it gives me a stable steady income. Even thought the platform allows creating recurring invoices, this are not sent automatically to the client. I consider this feature to be a must have. - Email templates. You can send invoices to clients by email from the platform but need to write the text manually everytime. Not possible to save an email template. - For recurring invoices you can schedule them monthly but you have to manually select the day of the month. I miss having an option to select the last day of the month. I consider this a must have feature. - Attach invoices as a PDF to the emails and track emails opened instead of invoices opened - Conditional tags for email templates (i.e. name, company name, invooice number, invoice amount...) **What problems is Invoice Crowd solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Customize email templates - Ability to add custom taxes (including both positive and negative taxes which is something required in some countries) - The system respects invoice numeration even if you manually change an invoice number - Nice and simple layout and good UX - Multi currency - Once an invoice is sent by email, you can track if the client has opened the invoice or not ### 7. I found it intuitive and easy to deploy the first time. **What do you dislike about Invoice Crowd?** While Invoice Crowd has more credit card processing options than many competitors who stop after Stripe and PayPal, I'd really like to see an easy ACH solution like GoCardless. Some invoice platforms have a client portal for viewing previously paid invoices.
