**What do you like best about inventorio?**

inventorio combines the functions of inventory, support management and instructions in one platform, which was developed specifically for educational institutions.

**What do you dislike about inventorio?**

The development and releases are very user-oriented, so I can't name anything that I don't like at the moment.

**What problems is inventorio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient inventory: Managing information about devices, objects and software licenses has never been easier. All relevant data is stored clearly and structured in one place.

Quick access to important information: Using the filter and sorting functions, I can search or sort by various categories such as warranty period, leasing period, manufacturer and more.

Location and user management: The ability to manage devices and objects in different locations and add users with different permission levels is very useful. Importing and exporting per CSV-data sets is also possible without any problems.

Integrated ticket system: It enables structured incident reporting and teachers can easily create tickets when a problem occurs. All relevant information is already included.

Document Management: Storing documents for deliveries, models or individual objects is easy and flexible.

Instructions: The assistance, documents and training content provided are precisely tailored to the existing devices and objects. This enables users to familiarize themselves with the devices used and to overcome obstacles.
