I can't really say there's anything that doesn't work with Apptegy. If there's one area to improve, it would probably be rolling out some software sooner. This delay occasionally means we have to get certain tools from elsewhere, like when we used a different ADA compliance software because Apptegy didn't have one available yet. Apptegy is an all in one product pulls in several different functions into one platform, so your website, alert system, social media management and more are all in one easy to use place. The customer service form apptegy is second to none, they have a live support chat, a help line that you can call, and a robust library of help articles to help you accomplish all of your goals. The platform is user friendly and integrates well with our student information system and our social media platforms. While apptegy is constantly expanding and adding features, these features come at additional cost, which can be tricky when district budgets are limited. Before Appregy at our district, social media, website, and all areas were in different forms and did not sync together.
