  ### 1. Easily meeting facilitation via pre-made templates

**What do you like best about Interacts?**

Interacts is a good tool to use when you are collaborating with people remotely as you get to see their reactions and inputs in real-time. It is easy to set up and modify a session to get running in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Interacts?**

During the sessions, feedback given by the audience can't be changed or edited after it is submitted. This has caused the audience to submit the same response many times to get their message through.

**What problems is Interacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-made templates are useful for someone at any level to easily set up and facilitate many kinds of meetings from retrospectives to brainstorming. I use these templates to quickly set up sessions from know industry templates,  that can be modified for the target audience. I have recently been using them for my team's retrospectives and then exporting the sessions for offline reference.

Interact appears to have a clear mission and values that prioritize people and solving challenges. The company operates globally and has a presence in multiple locations, which could be seen as a benefit for organizations looking for a partner in the inform and connect space.

**What do you dislike about Interacts?**

The pricing model of Interacts is comparatively high than other similar platforms providing the same services. Hence, although, interact does provide quality service it might not be first preference by many.

**What problems is Interacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interact is focused on informing and connecting organizations' greatest asset, its people. By doing so, Interact aims to build better workplaces for everyone. For organizations, this could potentially help solve challenges related to communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. However, the specific problems and benefits will vary depending on the organization and their unique needs.
