**What do you like best about Intelogy?**

We use Intelogy for the support of our SharePoint platform, and they provide frontline support for our users. The help desk is an easy point of contact for any issues, and their timely addressing of these issues is something we appreciate. They are very good at monitoring our systems and advising us on whether upgrades are required or issues have arisen. Intelogy has been a reliable partner, especially as we are a small organisation that doesn't need to employ IT staff full-time.

**What do you dislike about Intelogy?**

There is nothing specific.

**What problems is Intelogy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intelogy supports our SharePoint platform, allowing us to avoid employing IT staff full-time. They offer frontline support, and we use their help desk for this.  They also proactively monitor our platform, and advise on necessary upgrades. They address issues in a timely manner.
