
We use Intelogy for the support of our SharePoint platform, and they provide frontline support for our users. The help desk is an easy point of contact for any issues, and their timely addressing of these issues is something we appreciate. They are very good at monitoring our systems and advising us on whether upgrades are required or issues have arisen.
