IMC excels at monitoring network devices, trunk interfaces, bandwidth utilization, critical endpoints, servers and services (DNS/SQL/DHCP etc..) Network device configuration backup and compare is pretty amazing. IMC puts all of this on a Network Map for monitoring and a customizable "single pane" of glass interface. **What do you dislike about Intelligent Management Center?** IMC takes time to build out properly for any environment. Configuring SNMP traps and authentication methods can be time-consuming. If you want more than essential monitoring, there is a step learning curve with any SNMP solution like IMC. **What problems is Intelligent Management Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** IMC keeps us informed about our network and critical infrastructure; monitoring is at its core. IMC parses edge device syslogs to help detect potential security issues. ### 2.
