**What do you like best about IntelliBuddies?**

I discovered that IntelliBuddies had many pre-built automation activities I could use, including data entry or file processing. It has a drag-and-drop work flow builder that is easy to implement and I am able to diagram the flow of work.

**What do you dislike about IntelliBuddies?**

I have noticed it is less effective than other methods when handling more elaborate problems. It may also appear that the defined automation steps are not easily adjustable to very fine-grain, which the platform appears to be missing.

**What problems is IntelliBuddies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am impressed with the work done by IntelliBuddies that has cut down the amount of work my team had to do by hand. By outsourcing repetitive activities, we now handle more complex and terminal tasks and plans and strategies.
