It has a drag-and-drop work flow builder that is easy to implement and I am able to diagram the flow of work. **What do you dislike about IntelliBuddies?** I have noticed it is less effective than other methods when handling more elaborate problems. It may also appear that the defined automation steps are not easily adjustable to very fine-grain, which the platform appears to be missing. **What problems is IntelliBuddies solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am impressed with the work done by IntelliBuddies that has cut down the amount of work my team had to do by hand.
