I have recently used the basic version of instream which I find excellent since it is a customer relationship management software that effectively integrates commercial management, marketing and customer service. I find it visually appealing to use a grid view to see what happens to my potential clients immediately. I would like them to offer some version that allows creating different lists such as current clients, potential clients, previous clients and potential clients. And concise and clear demonstrations of how the CRM can be applied. I certainly can not find anything else that disgusts me in InStream since part of the above described I find a very complete software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
