We can freely set screening criteria covering enterprise scale, core investment directions and client capital volume, which helps us rapidly filter out low-matching individual investors and lock in genuine institutional clients and high-net-worth groups that fit our portfolio service positioning. This accurate selection has visibly improved our effective consultation conversion rate and greatly cut redundant outreach workload. Its built-in formal business copy templates fully conform to the communication tone of the European investment industry, and the whole system strictly abides by GDPR and local financial marketing compliance requirements, allowing our client development work to proceed steadily and safely. Besides, the platform entry configuration is simple, with detailed use guidelines, and our business development team can get started proficiently in a short time without long-term professional training.

In actual financial market promotion work, its native data analysis module is too generalized and cannot meet the refined data statistics demands of investment industry outreach. It lacks exclusive classification labels suitable for ESG sustainable investment promotion campaigns, making it difficult for us to independently count and sort related customer groups. Meanwhile, it has very few built-in docking channels for mainstream local financial management systems in Germany, resulting in cumbersome steps when we need to import screened high-quality potential customer data into internal client asset files, unable to realize one-click synchronous management efficiently.

Instream makes contacts, companies and deals structuring much easier. Also, their relationship-focused approach is very helpful to track communication history. Both these features are very helpful in term client relationship, on top of everything, their interface is very clean, and their field has more customisation flexibility.

**What do you dislike about InStream Group?**

Some advanced automation and reporting level features are a bit limited when compared to its competitors in the CRM space. Their integration ecosystem should also be expanded to connect it with the third party tools. Their UI interface should also have deeper analytics.

**What problems is InStream Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instream helps me in centralising the customer information and also to track interaction across the entire deal pipeline process. It allows our team to manage the sales process, from scheduling follow-ups to monitoring deal pipelines. This platform helps us to improve the visibility in deeper level, to gain the visibilty on the sales opportunities.

**What do you like best about InStream Group?**

InStream is easy to use and understand from the start, and it has excellent work participation and high-quality functions. It is easy to manage, and the user interface (UI) is precise and intuitive. We created business requirements lists, sent out invitations to events or meetings, and worked our contacts through Facebook, Google, or other social sites. It's impressive that it integrates and manages relationships with clients and users. Compared to other CRM solutions, InStream has a more exciting selling point. It also has attractive layouts and customizable views for computers and mobile devices compatible with the application. With this approach, we can enjoy a more seamless and far-flung interaction. Aside from that, there's a customer service analytics system and an alert/notification system.

**What do you dislike about InStream Group?**

We have had a fantastic time with InStream CRM. While learning its features can take time, your sales data will be there once you've tried Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It's hard to dislike this tool because of its responsiveness to customers' concerns. It has done an excellent job, but the user interface isn't very user-friendly. Getting the hang of it took some time.

What I like best is how easy it is to use. It helps my work time get cut in half because it is easy to use and to learn. Anyone who is new to this software can use it.

The software can load slowly every now and then. I think most softwares have that hiccup so if you can look past it then it's a great tool for your day to day work.

**What do you like best about InStream Group?**

InStream is a strong, interpersonal CRM platform that encapsultes all the basics of a customer management and fits well for small to medium businesses across multiple sectors. The interface is intuitive and offers cobination of excellent layouts and customizable views with alert / notification system and customer service analytics.
The most important features includes automatic customer profile updates, profile record management, auto-complete integration with social media, campaign management system with reporting and cataloging. With Instream, with the help of lead capture and management, one has an opportunity to create meaningful business relationships that are productive and efficient. It allows you to create business requirements list, calendar invites to schedule meetings and events, contact sharing and management with Google and Facebook integation. Coomunication features include, mailbox integration with automatic communication flow for all employees. As a CRM tool, it also helps create excellent sales report with elaborative dashboards and forcasting features. Some other features like Data export, customer support system, interaction tracking helps to make it a complete package.

**What do you dislike about InStream Group?**

InStream does not have much features to dislike, but just like any other software, there has been hickups here and there. At times, when a page has too much information, it loads slowly and consume more bandwitdh which causes difficulty accessing crucial data. Being such a vast service, one has to be patient and take a lot of time to understand the nitty gritty of all the tools that it offers, a simpler lite version would have been better for starters. Metrics and charting system can only be used for osmall and mid-sized companies. Greater offerings in that area can give it an upper edge for large businesses. InStream only offers trial version for free and does not have a free version altogether. The Premium price per user which includes evry function built in is a bit tad pricey and may not favour all startup businesses. Hence, some revision on pricing strategy can be taken into consideration.

All kinds of businesses have to get the best client satisfaction possible and this can be achieved by carefully selecting diverse software solution which fits well with the budget, offers variety of tools and skills to get the job done. This is where InStream stands with respect to CRM system. It surely gives you power to manage, grow and sustain customer relationships, contacts management and delivers to its promise. Best suited for long term relationships for small and mid-sized businesses and is based out of Cloud, Saas Web based system with fair price and a organized platform. It will help save a lot of time and help you gather and represent a lot of data which can make your clients happy and committed for a long partnership.

I like his aesthetic vision of seeing all the activities of our potential clients through a grid view. You also keep a history of all your communications with your customers, which is very useful, because you can always go back and check if you forgot something. I also like how it integrates and tracks email conversations

The basic version was very limited, however after acquiring the full version all my expectations were met.

This crm software for us has been very attractive on favorable results for the company, so I liked the configurations of the management of the tools, they have been very useful in context and also we have not seen any break or problem with the system and be able to perform the tasks. Sales has been very interactive and the support has been friendly to the customers and amazing to us.

I have no point of inconvenience regarding the system, I have found it very detailed, certain points can improve how the servers optimizing and avoiding the freezing of information.This means that in some cases we add data and information is frozen so it is something annoying, no It is common but when it happens it is complicated.

I recommend because it has given both important and favorable results within the company, attractive solutions to improve our stability, above all by improving our visibility, until appearing in the main search engines.

This platform allows you to maintain long-term relationships with your clients, it is a very good CRM option for medium and small companies. You can collect information and data from your customers based on sales made for the segmentation of potential customers.

We are happy with the work we have been doing with InStream, but its interface is not the most intuitive and it took us a little to adapt at first, now we maintain a better workflow and we have a better experience with the platform.

Due to my endless hours of work, INSTREAM allows us to effectively collect information from our most favorable clients from social media platforms such as Facebook and twitter. It is easy to use and makes our work time worthwhile thanks to its positive results.
The tools are nice and simple, which allows for extensive marketing and sales, because the increase in traffic has been considerable and I like its functionality.

At first it was not easy to adapt since its platform is not very intuitive, but after practice you can have a better handling of it. There are no negative things in Instream.

All my links are within this platform, it provides you with help to increase that interaction you want with your clients. You can create a personalized list to your liking without any problem, totally great.
I must recommend the tools, because their functionality is stable and sales have increased widely and their functionality is remarkable.

Its mobile version always allows me to be in contact with my clients when I am not working or traveling, the important thing is that I always have contact with them. Thanks to this platform, the information is truthful and updated.

The GUI follows normal standards so it's user-friendly, getting started is quite much instant I really like how it incorporates and monitors conversations via email and shows lead / opportunities relevant social media posts etc.

Its really hard to find dislike in this tool because they really cares for customers brought up this tool with nicely programming.

InStream is one of the best cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for small and mid size businesses people which eventually helps to connect with an audience and build a long-term relationships. Using InStream we can also integrate with multiple mailboxes including Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and other email service providers for sharing contact details. Using InStream we can even configure alerts and notifications for most of the activities and ensure timely service to our customer queries.

1) Requires a lot of patience to understand the usage of Instream.

I like this platform is its ability to learn to use any function you have, because its operation is not complicated, it is very basic to learn to use it without so many days of induction or training by the support team

Advertising and marketing is the basic functioning of this platform that is essential for the company and with instream we manage to create successful campaigns that have been of great benefit to improve more and more

Users are limited in the free version, so I could not test the option of having several users at the same time in the same account to work and test how it worked and know if it was good or bad, it was the only thing that was missing to prove because the rest is very good to make a more stable and superior marketing

It would be good to activate all the functions as a paid plan to really know how is the operation from the beginning and have a better perspective of the entire platform

I like it since it has been a very loyal platform since the first time it was implemented in the company since we have everything I need. It has also helped me to fully manage each communication process with each of our clients and thus hide a lot of work with an effective CRM system, to achieve great benefits both with customers and with our own work.

What we can add is that we notice that this tool is very complete, since it has nothing negative that we dislike InStream its functions are inadmissible and the tools work very effectively, it has also been a sincere collaborator to save time and load in the work. This is a very easy way to use and configure to keep track of the clients. The interface is well designed. Its limit in contacts made it not worth it, since other products do not limit the number of contacts and my company has more than 100 thousand contacts. It was not clear in which place if you buy premium (which is only a few dollars higher than what we currently use) if it would be for "unlimited" users as the price indicated per user. My associate tried to find an answer to the question, but never received an answer) so we just moved forward with another company. But I would definitely recommend this to someone with fewer clients.

Support non-responsive, bugs that have been there for ages are not getting fixed, social links show you things, but nothing else. Recently Google stopped trusting InStream so email linkage no longer works. There is also no way to export.

**What do you like best about InStream Group?**

It is an effective tool, with a representative utility. With many positive attributes:

- It has powerful features. It has very good tools, which systematically allows you to customize and adapt everything according to my tastes and preferences.
- Easy to use and configure.
- Integration and synchronization with other applications to improve the work process.
- It is really very useful, allows step by step monitoring of all customers and development in all commercial businesses.

**What do you dislike about InStream Group?**

In itself, and in general terms the software has very complete tools, but perhaps there are some other details that would add. I would like to be able to manage all the clients that I manage in different groups, in order to better differentiate and organize all the client's development and the business development that I manage with them. The CRM has been a bit complicated to understand, but it has really been a really good and useful tool.

**Recommendations to others considering InStream Group:**

Fully recommended if you are looking to exponentially improve sales management, starting from the relationship with each client. In every way it is an excellent tool, which contributes to improve little by little all the advances in marketing and sales. Test it

The CRM system has been a truly useful tool that unites and improves the commercial and professional relationships with our clients, colleagues and work partners. I like that I can integrate marketing and business administration, InStream is all in one. With this system we have improved the process and sales management. Thanks to all this work is now easier, we have everything at hand for such a powerful and effective tool.

**What do you like best about InStream Group?**

Instream enable me collect important information about our customers by helping my team automatically gather important sales data and leads from major social networking platforms like Linkedin , Twitter and Facebook. I like its aesthetic view of seeing all activities of our leads via a grid view .In comparison with other CRM tools ,information on Instream is entered automatically and this its best selling point.
The GUI follows normal conventions so it is easy to use, getting started is pretty much instant unlike the Sugars etc. I also like how it integrates and tracks conversations via email and displays social media posts related to leads/opportunities etc.


**What do you dislike about InStream Group?**

I’m very happy with their program. However, I must say that their features are quite basic. It would be great if they can offer more services aside from client and risk management.
Support non-responsive, bugs that have been there for ages are not getting fixed, social links show you things, but nothing else. Recently Google stopped trusting InStream so email linkage no longer works. There is also no way to export.
