I like how easy it is to create products from scratch and how simple it is to manage and update current products that are live and being used already. The initial setup of Instanda was very simple and easy with our current system. We've integrated our products with Instanda’s third-party services such as Data8 and sanctions search, which helps protect our clients and makes the workload more efficient for our underwriters and customer support teams. **What do you dislike about Instanda?** I believe that the current knowledge base for Instanda could be improved in some areas as the language used is sometimes vague and needs further clarification with the support team. **What problems is Instanda solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Instanda to create insurance products that meet our underwriters' needs, making it easier to provide top-level services to our clients. ### 2. It allows you to have more control over sales **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rolando L. | Ingeniero de software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022 **What do you like best about Instanda?** I would consider that I am getting a lot of benefit from being able to make sales with the help of this program, it generates more sales and you can make many designs for your sales, at the beginning it is complicated to use but as you use and investigate within it everything becomes super fast and easy to use The sales channel that you are generating with the help of Instanda is improving the design and sales process to be able to carry out your stay or business that you are generating with professionalism But my whole process is very good because it helps me generate more sales opportunities within our business and generates more sales in the administrative area. **What do you dislike about Instanda?** There are actions that are required to be carried out but the software does not allow us to modify or make a change in any corresponding area, which limits us to being able to do several things in our prospectus with our clients **Recommendations to others considering Instanda:** I would tell you that this implementation changes a lot to be able to make some sales and not generally for a single market, we implement it for several situations and it generates very good results and good accessibility **What problems is Instanda solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is simple but very safe and effective, it is quite complete to be able to carry out campaigns or use it in the least within our marketing area because the solutions it offers us are extremely simple but easy to use for our big changes in sales ### 3. It's user friendly approach to the software means that no matter whether you are an IT technical expert or not, you can take a hands on approach and carry out, test and release minor changes yourself without the need of a specialist. I have benefited from this greatly, and have made many changes to the system myself. The time and money I have saved as a result of this has been a blessing.
