**What do you like best about insquad.com?**

They've found us an inexpensive senior web developer in just 2 weeks. So we spent less time searching for a specialist than we expected.

**What do you dislike about insquad.com?**

Everything is okay. I think, it would be great if they had more developers in their base. But the current number of developers was enough for us to find the best one.

**What problems is insquad.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several startups came to us with a marketing request. The budget for marketing in these startups was limited, but we decided not to give up clients, but to find a way to reduce the cost of work. Therefore, one of the actions was that we started looking for a cheaper web developer. So Insquad helped us brilliantly and found us a remote senior developer from Argentina who cost much cheaper than the others.

The cost of the engineer was a bit higher than I expected, cuz he is from Eastern Europe
