Nothing, it's the most powerful tool on the market for a great price. Much better than Hotjar or Fullstory. The only small downside would be that to fully leverage it you need to have stakeholders who understand CSS/HTML/datalayer features, but it's easy to pick up and the Insightech team is here to support you all the way to ramp up in skills.
