"Easy to use, with some real time saving features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Construction Management Software?

What stands out most is how easy the platform is to use, not only from an Admin perspective but, more importantly, for the end users. Both Site Management and operatives have indicated that they find it really straightforward and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Construction Management Software?

There are slight issues with some of the terminology used on the platform, which can lead to user errors when assigning the correct permissions and similar settings. That said, we have fed this back to innDex, and they have received the feedback well and are looking to make the necessary alterations. Likewise, while the core tool functionality is excellent, some of the additional tools, although still good, could be improved; however, innDex remains very open to making improvements where suggested. "Inndex Streamlines Construction Safety with Reliable, User-Friendly Digital Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Construction Management Software?

Inndex is a highly effective and practical digital solution for managing health and safety within the construction industry. Its ability to streamline traditional processes, improve visibility, and strengthen compliance makes it a valuable tool for organisations looking to enhance their safety performance.

We have been using Inndex since 2023, and during this time our compliance figures have improved significantly—effectively going “off the scale.” The platform has proven to be reliable, user-friendly, and well-supported, with excellent customer service and technical backup. It genuinely delivers on its promises and ticks all the boxes for a modern health and safety management system.

One of the most significant advantages of Index is its ability to replace paper-based systems with digital workflows. Inspections, audits, RAMS checks, and site reports can all be completed electronically, ensuring consistency, reducing administrative burden, and eliminating the risk of lost or incomplete records. This is particularly beneficial in construction environments, where documentation can often be extensive and difficult to manage.

The platform also provides real-time reporting, enabling managers and health and safety teams to monitor site activity as it happens. Issues can be identified immediately, and corrective actions can be assigned and tracked through to completion. This proactive approach allows us to address risks quickly rather than reacting after incidents occur.

From a compliance perspective, Inndex supports us in meeting the requirements of key legislation such as the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, as well as broader standards like ISO 45001. Its ability to generate a clear and auditable record of inspections, actions, and outcomes is particularly valuable during audits, client reviews, and accreditation processes such as Constructionline.

Another strength lies in its ease of use. The platform is designed to be accessible via mobile devices, making it suitable for site-based personnel including supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors. Its intuitive interface encourages engagement at all levels, which is essential for embedding a positive health and safety culture.

The system is also highly adaptable, allowing organisations to customise forms and processes to suit specific construction activities. Whether used for site inspections, plant checks, COSHH monitoring, or inductions, it can be tailored to meet a wide range of operational needs.

Additionally, Index enhances accountability by enabling clear allocation of actions, deadlines, and responsibilities. Combined with its ability to capture photographic evidence and signatures, it provides robust support in demonstrating compliance and resolving potential disputes.

Finally, the data and reporting capabilities allow organisations to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. This supports continual improvement and helps drive better decision-making, ultimately leading to safer and more efficient project delivery.

Overall, Inndex is a powerful health and safety management tool that supports construction organisations in moving from a reactive, paper-based approach to a proactive and data-driven system. Backed by strong customer support and proven results in improving compliance, it is a solution that delivers tangible benefits and adds real value across our construction operations. What do you dislike about Construction Management Software?

Although the system is highly flexible, creating well-structured templates and dashboards often requires a good understanding of the platform. Without this, forms can become overly complicated or not fully aligned with site needs.

Occasional Over-Reliance on Connectivity

As with most digital platforms, performance can be affected by poor signal or connectivity on remote construction sites. While data can often be synced later, this can sometimes slow down real-time reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consistency in delivering the right message is key. Keep it short enough to read quickly, but still clear enough to matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Construction Management Software?

The only downside I see is that some people in the industry are reluctant and not open to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
