It was nice to accomplish these courses fully online since they suited me very much. **What do you dislike about Inklyo?** It was not sufficient to be able to understand the more complex skills I required in my line of work. Sometimes, I may require seeking other materials for enhanced understanding of certain concepts or ideas. **What problems is Inklyo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inklyo is very useful for getting a new proficiency or refreshing knowledge when there is little time for it. I prefer the ability that comes with the online learning format where I can make my own schedule and make time for work. ### 2. They felt I was constantly learning and improving yet had little time to do so. **What do you dislike about Inklyo?** The course depth might be rather limited and not very profound. For the particular skill improvement, I found it essential to use other means in addition to Inklyo. **What problems is Inklyo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inklyo solves the problem of professional development by providing a solution to enable people to learn more skills, irrespective of their location. I liked the structure of the lessons as they were short enough to incorporate into my working week without disrupting it. ### 3.
