**What do you like best about InfoWorks ICM?**

Infoworks is a sofisticated software that all the complex assets and ancillaries can be better represented in the software to enable for complete simulations.

**What do you dislike about InfoWorks ICM?**

Infoworks is a sofisticated software that combines the needs of catchment hydraulics. The easy GUI interface of importing/ exporting GIS layers make it a unique experience for any modeller. Certain ancillaries are not easily modelled in the software. However, the Help file can be referred to understand.

**Recommendations to others considering InfoWorks ICM:**

Infoworks ICM is the best software that is ideal in the modelling world. The best part is the versatile user friendly phase of the software combined with the efficient support system available from the software maintenance team.

**What problems is InfoWorks ICM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete package software is unique with its Long section tool in viewing the drainage sewers, manholes, ancillaries. The user defined engineering validation tool is beneficial in setting engineering parameters that test suit the catchment needs.

**What do you like best about InfoWorks ICM?**

Its very much user friendly, and its help files are extremely good, great work is done by the development team on the basics of the software. 

**What do you dislike about InfoWorks ICM?**

Cant say as its very difficult to find dislikes in this software. But as asked would say a bit of work can be done and GIS related works can be incorparated in this software can time and again we need load it to some gis analysis softwares.

**Recommendations to others considering InfoWorks ICM:**

Try integrating a GIS analysis software with this software.

**What problems is InfoWorks ICM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently doing waste water modelling in this software. And the benefices that it contains everything that helps us make our model more realistic.
