Instead of presenting various reports to management from different spreadsheets and platforms, reports can be presented to management for analysis from this one platform. **What do you dislike about Informed 365?** Although integration with our system was done quite easily, there was some need for manual reconciliations but the team at Informed 365 are constantly working on the system and this may not be necessary going forward. **What problems is Informed 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we are able to keep compliance to various acts related information in one place, Informed 365 also allows us to add new metrics to the system. It is great for growing business seeking a solution that will allow our reporting to scale as we grow. We do not need to add excel sheets and restructure how data is reported as the system is growing with us. ### 3.
