**What do you like best about Infor ION?**

Best integration tool infor has developed for integration. Have connectors for all top-class ERP Solutions; the connectors are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Infor ION?**

The documentation is very complex to understand, especially when you are in the installation phase.

**What problems is Infor ION solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrate Business Applications easily

**What do you like best about Infor ION?**

Consistent and overall reliable when configured correctly. Depending on your technical needs and supported technologies, provides adequate connectivity means in a complex cloud/on-premise environment 

**What do you dislike about Infor ION?**

Insufficient Product documentation. Possible integration issues or unsupported functionality when not using the built-in INFOR document schemas. Limited development UI, versioning of artifacts, change audit trail, lack of sufficiently robust deployment/change packaging tools . Large deployments can easily become hectic and difficult to maintain

**Recommendations to others considering Infor ION:**

Great if you intend to use with the INFOR propriety document structures. If you intend to implement custom documents, some functionality is limited and configuration can become complex and error prone

**What problems is Infor ION solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration between different systems, cloud and on-premise based. Ability to integrate near real time messages using different technologies and document structures

The thing I like best about Infor is how it encompasses everything we need to do to run our business.

**What do you dislike about Infor ION?**

It's not the most user-friendly or intuitive interface and some of their naming schemes are a bit rough.

**What problems is Infor ION solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed seamless integration of all the business segments that drive our growth.
