**What do you like best about Infoplus WMS?**

Infoplus is a user friendly system. Easy to setup and update data using simple upload spreadsheets.
It has all features one can need even if it is the first WMS System being implemented in an organisation.
Support Team are well versed and able to assist on tickets logged ontime.
This system eases and provides efficiency in all warehouse processes from receiving, putaway, bin management, picking and shipping. Order creations, fulfilment, customer creations are as simple as uploading spreadsheets. Stocktake and cycle counts are also part of the tool with easy methods to complete.
Any individual can easily use this tool in everyday warehouse processes.
Dashboards can be created as desired with simple formulas like pivots and provides insights to processes, users and other reports needed to measure efficiency.
This platform provides integration to some of the most frequently used ERP systems internationally.
I would be happy to recommend this tool to anyone looking for simple, fast WMS system!

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

I would like Infoplus to have features to  be able to do Bin Adjustments to a new bin without having to do a receiving function.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infoplus has benefitted by providing efficency in warehouse processes.
This has increased productivity as time taken to complete a task has decreased significantly.

**What do you like best about Infoplus WMS?**

As a 3PL, I find the scalability of Infoplus to be excellent.  We can use it for our smallest client and our largest.  The integration to Shopify and other channels is superb, but we have the option to upload orders or manually enter as needed.  

The platform itself is extremely stable.  We experience no downtime due to lagging. 

The ASN and receiving functions are easy to use and accurate.  

Reporting functions are robust, they are easy to manage and save.

Overall, once you get to know it, the system is very easy to use and produces accurate results for our wide range of clients.

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

I personally find the trigger function a little difficult to use for the layperson.  Often I have to reach out to Pro Services for a simple update or customer request.  

I also feel that an online training component for new users should be added.  While the knowledge desk is very responsive and helpful, it's a lot to train new employees (and customers, if they are using a portal).  There is a lot to cover and sometimes you simply don't know the option exists because the knowledge base is so expansive.  

I would love to see an easier 3PL billing process.  Customizable so we can input contract rates for specific LOB's and click a few favourite reports to produce a billing sheet that ties in shipping, raw materials, order lines, number of line items etc.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Infoplus as we need an easy way to connect to our clients various e-commerce sites to transmit orders and upload shipping information.  Infoplus works perfectly for this purpose and has allowed us to pursue larger ecomm accounts.

**What do you like best about Infoplus WMS?**

I like that it quickly and easily allows us to find where our inventory is and process it whitout having to hunt for items.  It is clean and simple in its layout and support is always willing to help us when we run into problems or concerns.

The setup was a little difficult initially but that was because we came from an inventory system of excel spreadsheets.  If we had used an actual system before, then it would have been a much easier transition.  

Set up of new connections and shopping carts is simple and does not require a lot of information or effort to create.  We are constantly bringing on new customers and this allows us to quickly integrate them into our system.

One of the features I love most is the mass distribution that allows us to run multiple, identical orders all at once which saves us time and effort in processing orders.  We use this consantly when we are impacted with large quantities of orders that are the same.

We use Infoplus all day, every day for everything from product creation to fulfillment and shipping to billing reports and codes for when we do our monthly reporting and billing.

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

Not all feautes are updated to the new mobile apps interface which requires you to occasionally switch between the interfaces.   Location relocation pick work is the main use case for our company that have to use the older features for work.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to quickly identify where product is in the warehouse and process, pick and ship effenciantly.

InfoPlus is like a giant spreadsheet that can be maniuplated in thousands of ways to provide specific reports, tables and exports that are useful for every area of warehouse management.  I love being able to personalize my tables to show the information I need to use.

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

The learning curve to understanding how to use InfoPlus is great.  But once I learned my way around the opportunities seem almost endless.  Some of the operations are a little clunky, like unprocessing an order when it has already been sent to the external shipping system takes very many steps, and the hold codes are not super intuitive.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory Tracking was a huge issue for us before we switched to InfoPlus.
Switching to InfoPlus and implementing some procedure changes has made an incredible difference in our inventory control.

Ease of access for our clients has been much better.

Ability to create and export specific reports has been a huge benefit.

**What do you like best about Infoplus WMS?**

It has a very user friendly interface. Things are easy to look at and understand. Each table / screen has a similiar function, so you're not going from page to page, trying to understand how it works. I like that you can easily pull reports to analyze data or bulk upload data using spreadsheets as well.

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

I dislike that there are features that don't work, such as the bulk delete line items, or bulk add line items.  There are options to use them, but they don't work. Same with the 'watch' feature.  They would be nice to have, but they don't work.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory Management, order management, shipping, etc.

The intuitive nature of the system. The logic of the system makes it easy to work through issues or problems.

I describe it to clients as a 10 story highrise that we are in the second floor of. It seems like there is a lot of potential capablities that arent built out that clients question about.

Myself and my team members can learn to use any portion of Infoplus WMS but the quick service times when inquiries are made. This comes in handy as we are still a small company and do not have an in house tech support department.

It looks really clean and a lot of the features are pretty straight forward to use. The scripts and open api have also been very helpful.

The UI isnt always the nicest to work with from a customization standpoint.

Standard WMS benefits for most cases. Things like inventory management, order processing and shipping, and work trails to name just a few. Beyond that, the ability to also utilize it for kitting purposes is an extra benefit we needed.

I like the audit and item activity log functions, its easy to trace most inventory issues on infoplus

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

Slightly buggy and again with the Latency. Updates in infoplus take a while to update on other sites that they are connected to through API.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say infoplus does not solve any problems on its own but does help with finding the culprit for certain inventory issues. Although contradictingly, infoplus does cause some inventory problems for us whenever an order is unfulfilled, or inventory is re-allocated when the corresponding brand's inventory has other orders currently in fulfillment.

Smart filters is a great way to sort and narrow the data you want to see on a reg basis. Navigation in the WMS is good and easy to learn

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

System is slow and sluggish. Mass updating or loading data takes a long time and unless you have I.T. staff who knows Java Script and can do some custom programing. Product allocating to locations rather than pallets make it difficult to move product that has outstanding allocated picks.

Batching orders together in ways than allow easier and more efficient allocation of resources.

It is a software the is constantly upgrading- and it is run by people who listen to what your business needs. It was simple to integrate and immediately upgraed our ablility to perform both in shipping deliverables and invetnory deliverables. 

The customer support is very responsive.

There are limitations as to how automated you can make your workflow.

We had inventory discrepencies - as well as a disconnect from our entire workflow. Infoplus solved our inventory accuracy, and connected it direclty to the TMS services we need for our Ecommerce clients.

I love how user-friendly InfoPlus is, plus the shortcut key that brings up the quick menu.

There's not much I dislike about InfoPlus, I would like to see an additional filter to search for orders with attached files/labels.

**What do you like best about Infoplus WMS?**

It's a surprisingly powerful warehouse management platform offered at a very competitive price. We use it for standard warehouse functions (managing inventory, locations, etc)  and outbound order functions (picking & packing, order assembly & kitting, and order shipping). Tried a bunch of other platforms before this - it's the only one that is reliable and flexible enough to meet our needs.  It has replaced 3 other systems that we used to have to manage seperatley. It took only a couple weeks to fully setup the warheouse, and only about an hour to properly integrate it into our ecommerce platform.

In partnership with our 3rd-party warehouse, it has allowed to us be highly automated. It quite literally runs our warehouse, and it seamlessly integrates with our ecommere platform so customers can place and order and it will show up at their door without any additional commands/input. 

Bottom line - Infoplus is powerful, easy to integrate, and surprisingly affordable. We wouldn't be able to manage our warehouse or ship orders without this system.

**What do you dislike about Infoplus WMS?**

Honestly, nothing. Maybe one thing: about a year ago we didn't like how the system was priotizing & processing orders coming off of back-order, but we reached out to Infoplus support team and within an hour they instructed us on how to change the the settings to do what we wanted (like I said, powerful & super flexible system). Regardless, the support level and speed was awesome - they know they are business critical for most customers, so they take the support aspect really seriously and they seem like experts in warehouse management best-practices.

**What problems is Infoplus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infoplus is business critical. We use it to manage our warehouse, inventory, packing/kitting/assembly, and outbound shipments. It connects our ecommerce platform (i.e. online store) with our warehouse. (We also have retail partners connected thru Infoplus's built-in EDI tool). Customers places an order. Infoplus captures the order, automatically creates picking instructions for the warehouse staff, provides instructions to the packaging & kit-assembly team, and then manages the outbound shipment for pickup by Fedex/USPS/UPS. It does this seamlessly and reliably. And its really powerful & flexible, so anytime we have a new/weird edge-case, the system has the functionality built in to handle it.

Also, super important, it has all these summary & detailed reports that allow everyone in the company (from ops to support staff) to easily see information, ranging from simple things like inventory levels to more specific things, like the status of a particular order in the system. It's eliminated literally thousands of time-sucking emails from our COO asking about replenishment rates, or our customer service people having to ask the warehouse if an order has been assembled yet/when it's going to ship. This is underated, but huge. It democratizes the information for our organization.
