What do you like best about Infomaniak WordPress Hosting?

I liked that it's green, and from Europe. Been using them for years, based my business on their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infomaniak WordPress Hosting?

Their customer support is the most frustrating experience I've ever had (no answers, chat widget not working, phone on hold, email form not working).

It feels like they do everything so that you cannot reach them.

Just a lot of frustration. Simple things take ages. No time for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
