It only takes me a few seconds to move the tasks between the stages; my team can know what is going on with the project at a glance. This also makes it very easy to assign those tasks with due dates and ensure that everyone is on track. **What do you dislike about Infolio?** Infolio has two main deficiencies – it does not provide sufficient information about the company in general and it is lacking in comparison with reporting. Tabular results cannot be exported for further analysis or computation as well. This makes it almost impossible to notice common patterns and improve the operational processes. **What problems is Infolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I liked having visual boards to remain as organized as possible, and the entire project communication is quite clear due to project chats. I have encountered that Infolio has helped my team much in organizing daily work. The task management free version is adequate for handling minor tasks, and using it is not very complicated. ### 3. It also makes it a tool very useful in the management of individual organization as well as that of the group. **What do you dislike about Infolio?** Most of the image or document files are not shown in the preview within Infolio as such, but only in the Application Preview. This makes me to work in and out of Infolio and the other separate cloud storage application that I use, and this interrupts my flow. **What problems is Infolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infolio has proved useful for the organization of the projects and I have been able to organize the tasks as well. When it comes to managing large projects that have sub-tasks and corresponding deadlines, it is not always easy within Infolio. They offer so many features that helps me a lot while having a collaborative task management or brainstorming session while working with my team. You can have project set as a private project or share the project with your team. Each progress is colour coded so you can easily track progress of all the task. I don't even have to switch to other communication application because Infolio also have a built-in chat so we can have a nice quick chat while discussion for the project. Other than that, the ability to attach file specifically to the task card helps me save the time rummaging the file folder trying to find the files needed. **What do you dislike about Infolio?** There is nothing that i dislike with Infolio. They have all the tools needed to make the task collaboration above average then other software in market. If they can add features like voice call or video call, this software can be the only software that my team needs to be managing our works. **Recommendations to others considering Infolio:** I really recommend this software to a team or organization that has a problem managing their collaborative task and space for creative idea sharing. **What problems is Infolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infolio helps me as a platform to having a nice space to facilitates the discussion of ideas with my colleague in other branches and outside the organization.
