**Describe the project or task Infinisource helped with:**

Infinisource works with me by doing payroll, COBRA administration, benefits tracking, reporting, and some tax filling. Infinisource has also worked with other members of my team on creating custom reports for their specific departmental needs.

**What do you like best about Infinisource?**

I like how easy payroll is to use in comparison to other systems which seem to be much more complicated with time off, expenses, and other items. I am very happy with having access to my payroll reports within minutes of submitting.

**What do you dislike about Infinisource?**

Sometimes the customer care takes longer to get back to me, give updates on projects, or submitting taxes on time. Other times the individuals I speak with do not create a case which leads to me having to re-explain my issue multiple times until someone makes notes on it. Other times the team does not know their product and I get switched around. However, this does not happen too often. 

**Recommendations to others considering Infinisource:**

Infinisource has worked well with our group to the point that whenever we have a question or issue, we generally are able to reach a human within minutes. I really like appreciate that unlike bigger companies or their competitors, the first voice I hear is an actual human listening to my concern or question versus having me go through a call system with numbers and number options that do not begin to describe what I need help with. 

**What problems is Infinisource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll is incredibly easy, takes me around 10 minutes to process it and have reports whereas bigger payroll companies have made me wait a business day or hours later to process.
