**What do you like best about inFeedo?**

Amber's AI is like none other in the industry. It gives you a sense of speaking to a real person, not an AI Bot. Moreover, the admin dashboard gives us all the information required to take necessary actions and enhance employee experience.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

There is not much to dislike about Amber. However, if I have to point something out, it'd be that we cannot use Amber for specific employee until the trigger is initiated.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amber is lowering our cost as we do not have to hire more HRBPs to connect and engage with employees. This also helps us in reaching out to more employees in a shorter time span,.

**What do you like best about inFeedo?**

Amber gives us a real-time view of our employee engagement and possible concerns. With Amber, it's easier to make employee listening more personalized, and time-sensitive. Since Amber takes care of the regular touch-ins with the employees to ask them how they are, it's one less thing for us in HR to worry about, and it saves up time since we have a couple of hundreds of employees. We can focus on what matters most.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

Currently, I find it tedious to check one by one who among the employees I've dropped important notes on. These are non-PTM employees, so finding their names one by one can be a struggle especially since I wasn't able to write them down in my notes, or tag them immediately as part of the watchlist.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amber is helping us keep in touch with multiple employees at different important employee milestones - hence, we in HR can now focus on more critical items and reaching out to employees who really need our time and attention.

**What do you like best about inFeedo?**

The fact that Amber does not miss any aspect at all when it comes to feedback. In fact, she filters out what she thinks would be useful aspects to look into, reducing our workload.
Moreover, Amber also points out specific areas following exactly the right algorithms so this does not even leave space for human error.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

Nothing to complain about so far. Amber has been extremely useful and efficient and helped us.
Understanding the Dashboards and intricacies might take some time, but that is not a big issue. It can be resolved easily.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to tackle critical folks and solve their issues on an immediate basis. It has helped us identify all problems and challenges that our employees are facing on a timely manner making the lives of us all Departments and teams within the organization easier.

**What do you like best about inFeedo?**

The milestone touchpoints, minutely detailed filters, different dashboard views, and the slack integration has made the application of Amber into something as impactful as a full-time HR just without any manual errors at Airmeet.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

The fact that to create a customized Pulse Check, one has to download the template, create the questionnaire in a CSV file, and then upload it to the dashboard, where it gets rejected for various possible reasons. It's not as intuitive as the rest of the product. The creation of the Pulse check should be enabled on the dashboard itself, with drivers and elements to be chosen from the drop-down for ease of use.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frequent (but not too frequent) touchpoints, especially on a text chat, bring out the tiniest of issues from employees which could be making trouble but would have gone overlooked if it had been a 1:1.

I think it was helpful in gaining insights from the mood and verbatim. I am already seeing employees who may be a red flag and might leave the company soon. This will help me to prepare for our workforce.

I;m not sure maybe I havent explored that much. But it will be better if there's a way to see whom we have added notes on instead of opening one by one the chats.

As a HR Business partner, it has helped me to gauge the pulse of my last mile employees and prioritize my action review accordingly.
It is very superior and has a great user interface which gives you a safe space to share.

Sometimes i do not receive the complete data points of my employees while downloading the report. If that can be worked upon, it will be amazing. Along with it if we can have a slightly deeper analysis generated , it will be great

Artificial intelligence to keep track on people to meet cases (especially with remote or hybrid workplace now) so we can follow up more closely to the person directly and the summary on what's going well and what needs to be improved to help on HR roadmap/priorities

I haven't seen anything yet I would say I dislike about the tool.

Same as what do I like the most - helps to prioritize on HR roadmap, such as identifying people at flite risk within the organization.

Amber helps us identify what's going wrong with the employees and we can rectify that issue. Most of the population is comfortable in writing rather than speaking.

Some glitches and some mapping overlapping issues. But that can be controlled.

The team, right from the promoters, who are all not just brilliant and passionate individuals but also deeply committed to helping companies work on understanding their employees better.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

In some ways Amber is still a work in progress and as we engage more with it we realise that there are on occasions minor gaps in the analytics which if taken care of would improve the overall output and deliver more actionable feedback for the client. I believe we will soon have the option of Amber speaking in a language in which our employees would be more comfortable and that should help too.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amber has helped us provide an outlet to employees who until now did not feel as comfortable sharing their thoughts with the head office. It has helped us empathise better with our team. Employees are liking the fact that they are being heard. Underlying issues which could perhaps not have reached us earlier, are now being brought to our notice sooner, giving us the opportunity to address matters before it gets too late. Also, since post Covid our physical interactions with our teams have reduced drastically, Amber helps us stay connected and keep a tab on employee morale, pending issues, and our subsequent one on one interactions with respondents further cement our bond and trust with our team.

Amber has a knack of making surveys seem fun and also give analytics that help the organisation tremendously to know the right time to intervene.

Maybe have some polls also. It only has right now suvery based questionnaire.

Continuous employee feedback. 

Instead of reaching out every three months, we reach out to our employees more often. Also anonymous bad gives a good impression of voicing your thoughts without fear of who is giving this opinion.

The dashboard is easy to maneuver. The insights provided under 'Highlights' are helpful to quickly identify areas that are working and areas that need improvement. The reports make various demographics available, making tracking improvement on individual employees simple, and drawing inferences also becomes more manageable.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

If we could see improvement in mood/engagement scores over time for multiple employees in a one-view format, that would improve the experience even further. The NPS score on the dashboard is derived using a 5 point scale, which should ideally be a 10 point scale.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to take note of what's not working and quickly put processes in place to target those areas specifically.

**What do you like best about inFeedo?**

The conversation with the chatbot is an easy way to get the employee feedback very non intrusively.  The natural conversations enable employees to open up and share things which they might not have shared earlier.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

Currently, the conversations are accessible by certain HR team members- which may not guarantee the employees complete anonymity in sharing the feedback- perhaps making the conversations completely anonymous would help. Also- it would help if we had a voice mode of collective feedback rather than the chat.

It's easy to identify and solve culture and work environment-related problems through amber. It has helped start a dialogue around mental health, work-life balance, workplace etiquette

Lot of insights derived from the feedback submitted along with functionalities to drive user experience

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

Too many moving pieces w.r.t drivers and elements. can follow  a simple and consistent approach in the survey by measuring same element over a different tenures. While the organisation have the flexibility of choosing the survey questions, a bit more guidance while setting up the team at an initial stage by understanding client organisation culture ought to go a long way in buiding sustainable client relationship

**Recommendations to others considering inFeedo:**

You can very well go ahead with this tool, though i do recommend to form the questionnaire with careful consideration and measuring the elements/drivers across different touchpoints consistently and not with more than a gap of an year as it will create difficulty to help the business with limited sample size of the respondents, even if the area crops up as an "Area of Improvement". Also map a single question to one single element and do not have multiple questions set up to a single driver that have even a slight possibility of being ambiguous or interpreted differently.

It helps in understanding both the engagement level as well as any issues/queries coming from the people. The benefits from the tool or the ROI is yet to be measured w.r.t adding business value

Easy to use interface and customizable reports are of great help. The ability to reach out to our people spread across geographies has worked well for us and our on-field sales teams

On-demand availability of anonymous chatting. Easier access to employees rather than periodic milestone-based connects. Mobile-based access could encourage access and connectivity.

Mostly people and process-related issues come to the fore. Challenges around people processes in remote regions. Manager-related issues and other work-related issues get highlighted often.

The daily email updates and intuitive dashboard analytics help me direct my attention where it is needed. The Infeedo team also offers excellent support on the people and platform fronts. There is science behind the technology as well.

Amber enables HR to get accurate employees' feedback in a personal manner. Unlike classic employees survey that may sound intrusive and usually get a low engagement rate, Amber appears friendly to the audience and allows us to get a very high response rate while going deeper into each matter.

The statistics are not so easy to get; I guess some stats development are still ongoing, and I am looking forward to using it.

When the department or teams have fewer members, the score/ mood seems a little biased, so need to think how to normalize it. Also, if there could be more actionable inputs in reports and analysis, will really help HRBPs.

Amber greatly helps in solving individual concerns that ideally would have been ignored or unresolved. Also, it gives an organization & department-wide analysis  which is helpful.

An easily customizable tool to understand employee sentiments from time to time. The analytics available via the dashboard help to track various parameters in one go without much hassle.

The information we receive from Amber about our employees' level of engagement, as well as their feedback about what is working well and where we have opportunities, has been invaluable.  We find the analytics and reporting to be very robust.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

Amber is still relatively new, and there are some growing pains.  We find, however, that the inFeedo team is very open to suggestions and to working with clients to improve the tool.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real-time, actionable information we receive from employees allows us to address issues of concern with employees before the employee becomes disaffected and leaves the organization.  The information received is very useful in helping us understand broad areas of concern among employees, so that we can adjust programs accordingly.

The simplicity of the entire framework. The chats are quick but the impact and the insights are commendable. The usage of dashboard is very smooth and it has lot of analytics/suggestions/best practices to guide.The team has been very helpful right from prelaunch to post launch support. Would like to call out Ishan, Aru and Krithi for their incessant support.

We have just launched, so nothing to comment here as of now :)

a good AI based emp engagement tool with lot of features (simple) to use. Definitely adds value in prioritizing interventions at an individual or at an organisation level.

Amber is a smart chat bot that asks relevant questions on each tenure milestone for employees, using which we are able to guage real time mood of individual employees. 

Amber's flagging of high attriiton risk employees is specially useful since it helps us have focussed interventions to retain our top talent.

While it is great to check engagement at individual level, it is difficult to take out group level insights .

Staying in touch with the employee mood, identifying gaps and bridging them quickly so as to not loose top talent

Amber is a smart AI Engagement Chat Bot who predicts  attrition for us , her timely reach outs are personalized and it is on a specific milestone in an employee's tenure that makes the conversation even more interesting. 
The reports and insights are outstanding.

Customization is a complete No. 
Its not recommended for one time survey, you will have to wait for few months to cover the entire organization to get relevant data.

We brought in AI in HR through Amber to use technology in a meaningful way to interact with humans. 
With this AI tool, We now have conversations with employees that are ‘Real Time’, Personalized & based on employees time clock.  Amber helped us leverage the ‘Power of Many’ by maximizing the reach & frequency.
It was important for us to deliver a seamless experience to our employees for every moment that mattered to them in the employee lifecycle and remain human at heart.

**What do you dislike about inFeedo?**

There should be an option for employees to log in and express real time concerns at any given time, and not via anonymous messages.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 600:1 HRBP ratio, real time connect with 1800+ employees was difficult for us. Now with Amber, so far, this focused attention has helped us resolve 96.5% of possible employee turnover cases and helped in better retention of the Top Talent.
Amber has helped the HR Business partners to have better qualitative human interactions. It has helped us elevate the employee experience and build deeper relations in the organization.

Employee experience of safe expression leading to timely action from the leadership. It works as a direct channel of communication for the MD with the employees. In the early days of joining the channel is a great dip stick to sense the employee morale and/or concerns and address them early on.

Only milestone based touch points....There should be an option for employees to log in and express real time concerns, besides the anonymous messages

**Recommendations to others considering inFeedo:**

It is a great tool for understanding the perspectives of employees at various milestones of their tenure with the company. Complemented with a robust response system of personalized mail from the MD where there are concerns raised, the tool works as a trust factor.

**What problems is inFeedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time grievance/issue/concern redressal has led to employees believing in a fair and responsive management. We have been able to address certain issues of our HiPo employees on time preventing attrition.
The employees trust the medium and sees it as a safe space to communicate with the MD.
