It can be used to edit scenes. It is the kind of software that is easy to learn but complex to use. The prime function is material manipulation as it adds a realistic effect to the final product. It has incredible features and ability for rendering. Interface is smooth and unchangeable. It can be on both Windows and iOS. **What do you dislike about Indigo Renderer?** A steep learning and you need to spend a lot of time in order to use it. There are tutorials online which help you learn it and you need to put the time and be patient in order to gain advantage from it fully. There are complex functions and they need to simplify it a bit more. **What problems is Indigo Renderer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Indigo renderer makes the final product look very realistic due to the final output being incredible it is highly recommended. Some of the best features are material mixing post rendering adjustment options, light layers depth, material ID and shadow passes. It is efficient and there are basic features that are for free. ### 2. It has amazing rendering capabilities across all platforms and the interface doesn't change, nor does the way you manipulate models which helps when working with a variety of different software. **What do you dislike about Indigo Renderer?** The product has a huge learning curve and does require a lot of time and effort to understand how to successfully manipulate a scene to get a realistic output. However, that being said, tuition is available online which speeds up the whole process. **Recommendations to others considering Indigo Renderer:** Indigo is an amazingly powerful tool but you have to be willing to put in the time to learning and understanding its capabilities to produce something really beautiful **What problems is Indigo Renderer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The final output of the product can look amazingly realistic, and this really helps with the communication of schemes to clients as with some manipulation the gap between technical and reality can be bridged.
