Everyone should have the same access to information. That’s why we developed three different reading modes, a downloadable EPUB, and a fully accessible PDF to make content accessible to everyone. Classic View: Classic View allows users to view documents in a digital version of their original format with accessibility tools and enhanced functionality. Reflow View: Reflow View simplifies the layout and adds numerous accessibility options. Users can customize the layout and appearance of content to best suit their needs, like enlarging text size or changing background colour. Screen Reader View: Screen Reader View displays content in a stripped down, screen reader optimised HTML version. This mode has been optimised for screen reader navigations and shortcuts. We didn't experience much production issues with our files and felt like it helped us make many documents compliant to certain regulations easily. **What do you dislike about InclusiveDocs?** I think the UI could be enhanced slightly to make it a bit more friendly to use for a beginner. There are a few team members who appreciate ease of use as it helps with training and the ability for everybody to pick it up and use it more. **What problems is InclusiveDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the compliance issue that takes up quite a bit of time to do if you're doing it manually. InclusiveDocs just makes this process so much more simpler and easier. It's like as if you have a team member that's doing all the compliance work for you. ### 2. Love how the end product looks. **What do you dislike about InclusiveDocs?** I attempted to reach customer service once and was on a long wait. So this is something that they could work on to improve when they need to be reached. **What problems is InclusiveDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Putting PDF's together and using turn-page to assist in that. Helpful in making a better presentation of information. The end product is nice.
