What do you like best about InCheck?

The staff is friendly and always available to answer questions quickly and efficiently. It’s very easy to connect with their team to get clear status updates, understand where candidates are in the process, and ensure highly effective communication with our internal team. What do you dislike about InCheck?

At times, there may be delays in updates because we’re partnered with a third party that also relies on another third party. While this may not be a true reflection of InCheck—since they update in real time with the information they have available—it can still create confusion and sometimes requires us to step in, especially when some partners are hesitant due to the nature of the testing. When there are delays between InCheck and Escreen, the process can feel clunky; however, this is likely not a fault of InCheck, but rather something to keep in mind when making decisions based on the information available at the time. What do you like best about InCheck?

What I like best about InCheck is how simple and efficient it is to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InCheck?

What I dislike about InCheck is that completed background check results require logging into the system every time. It would be more efficient if results were included directly in the notification email. I would also like clearer alerts when there are issues, such as having “FLAG” notifications noted in the email body or subject line so concerns can be identified right away. Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on InCheck. We’re really glad to hear the platform has been simple and efficient to use, and that the automation is helping reduce manual screening and compliance work.

We also appreciate your note about needing to log in to view completed results and wanting clearer alerts when something requires attention. On the “FLAG” notification specifically, we can configure notifications so that when a report has a flag, the closed notification clearly indicates that a file has been flagged. You should typically receive that notice, so if you’re not seeing it today, please reach out so we can review your notification settings and make sure everything is configured correctly!

Regarding including completed background check results directly in the email: we understand how that would be more convenient, but due to security and privacy requirements, we’re not able to publish report results within the email body.

That said, we’d love to discuss options to streamline access. Many clients use integrations and/or single sign-on (SSO) to reduce friction and speed up review of results.

There are no downsides to using InCheck services. I do wish that I had access to edit/add/delete my own accounts or billing codes rather than reaching out to customer service for this, this isn't really a downside because customer service is always helpful and prompt. What do you like best about InCheck?

As large volume employer in the healthcare field this a huge value added option for us. They handle all of our background checks, driver reports and monthly compliance audits. Moving to this digital format, eliminated the occasional errors or mistakes than can rise up later. Very easy system to use and customer service is very responsive. What do you dislike about InCheck?

What do you like best about InCheck?

InCheck makes my work life easy. If I was to rank the things I dislike about my job, our relationship with InCheck would literally be last on the list. When I first started in my role of operations/onboarding, we used another service. I couldn't be happier now and we've never looked back, after 18 years and running. InCheck does everything the best. Customer service - always able to answer my questions promptly or work through new sets of requirements. Automation - the QuickApp is great, packages are customizable, and it enables the candidate to efficiently get the questionnaire quickly and input his/her information, and InCheck's experts run with the rest of the contact and digging from there so I don't have to sweat anything. Results - in this area, some delays are beyond our control, but InCheck always does a great job of moving things forward, posting results, and giving delay or expeption updates when they happen. Pricing - InCheck's rates are always fair and at or below competitors, without extra nickel-and-diming, and their invoicing is a breeze. Security and compliance - always taken care of with their protection levels, and I know that the right disclosure documents are getting to the candidates promptly. What do you dislike about InCheck?

I dislike that we have a couple of clients that insist on using other background check vendors (because they have a pre-established deal with them) and won't let us use InCheck, they should get on board!
