What do you like best about imprezian360?

the scope of services is inclusive of promtional tracking, lead management, inventory control, and customer service. The aggregation of services is helpful in saving time as opposed to prior software usage which required numerous individual softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about imprezian360?

the interfaces of the software ecosystem is less efficient than a software such as sales force or quickbooks. This may be because they are integrating so many great features. "Success using Imprezian360 in multiple location business"

What do you like best about imprezian360?

The software allows us to work from multiple physical locations with ease. We are able to use on any computer with helps tremendously since many of us travel and must use computers not on a VPN or network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about imprezian360?

Honestly, this is an upgrade from the old system we were using and many of the kinks in that system were worked out here. Any issue we had were worked out with Ed immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is imprezian360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to fulfill and process order online from any computer without having to download programs on the computer was a huge pull for us. We are a small company and many of us travel or if someone is sick, we need the ability to still take care of the orders and send to the warehouse no matter if we are in Texas, Arizona or even Japan. What do you dislike about imprezian360?

I'm not crazy about the user interface. I think a good U/I consultant and graphic artist would make it more pleasing to use. Reporting can also be greatly improved, however we now use 3rd party reporting software to get around that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
