Customer service has been great, too. I also like that it works with Acronis, which I use for backups. Performance has been incredible—it’s so fast. On top of that, the pricing is predictable with a flat rate. **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** Nothing to report—I haven’t had any issues so far. The only thing is that I just wish I’d switched to Impossible Cloud sooner! **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost predictability with cloud storage is a huge issue. With fees for egress and API calls, other providers can end up getting extremely expensive, and it’s hard to forecast what you’ll actually pay. Impossible Cloud’s flat-rate pricing addresses this problem and makes costs much more predictable. ### 2. The customer service is very professional, and having an account manager for my account is beneficial. I appreciate their keenness to troubleshoot issues and provide a bespoke service, which I value. The scalable pricing and ability to store large amounts of data more easily were also key factors in switching to Impossible Cloud. **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** Some parts of the UI are a little clunky, and it's not the most user friendly or nontechnical expertise friendly platform. Some features that I would expect to be present such as the ability to share at a folder level are not currently present. Although the service is providing its core functionality very well, I think it could be improved by building on that to allow for some more sharing for files. **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Impossible Cloud to back up media files for a nonprofit. What we like most, is that Impossible Cloud enables us and our partners, to increase security, achieve high-performance back-ups and improve value add services in order to grow recurring revenue and margins **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** There is nothing to dislike. We do see opportunities to imrove the users dashboards information, for invoicing purposes and improving overall data analytics. **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Impossible Cloud is offering a user friendly platform for ITSP's, MSP's and resellers, who need to offer secure and affordable Cloud back-up to end customers. This platform solves all problems that occur, when working with Hyperscalers(too complicated), or when deploying only on-premise solutions.(hardware upgrades and high maintanence) The benefit for Real Solutions Haarlem is that we can support our resellers with a strong and secure Cloud provider, for the best 3-2-1-1-0 back-up strategy. ### 4. Blockchain guarantees a more secure handling and better scalability for me. Furthermore, the initial setup of Impossible Cloud was very simple, it only took 5 seconds. **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** Developing even more possibilities would of course be great, or if you could connect Impossible Cloud to a host without 3rd party tools. **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Impossible Cloud offers European storage at a competitive price, saves me a lot of money, and ensures safer handling and better scalability with blockchain technology. ### 7. I’ve been using Impossible Cloud for four months now, and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s a very good product at a very reasonable price. **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** It would be helpful the usage analytics tracked over time, and not just the current usage. Hardly a deal breaker, and could quite well be user error! **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Immutable backup is increasingly imported as part of our emergency response planning. Having already invested in backup software, it was important that the solution was compatible with that software. The migration of data is easy to deploy, and with the great speeds they offer you know your backups will be safe and take less time to action. The support from Impossible Cloud is fantastic and there is always someone available to help with any questions. **What do you dislike about Impossible Cloud?** I don't have any dislikes and I've not had any complaints from my customers **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The protection of data for a business is critical, and with UK sovereignty many customers see the benefits of using Impossible Cloud. You can choose which data center location your backups are stored, which gives many customers peace of mind their data is safe and fully protected. ### 9. But the console needs more functions, like managing customers and adding some financial features to make it easier for MSP partners. **What problems is Impossible Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of adding the cloud to MANY softwares is awesome. I am not a technical person and I was able to add it to NAKIVO and also QNAP. It took me few minutes to add additional repository to strengthen the 3-2-1 backup strategy. ### 10.
